Very responsive and fast turn around for NIF. Great service.

I used Lisbob for there NIF service and was not disappointed. Very fast turnaround time at a reasonable cost. With moving already a complicated process, I'm glad they were able to make it even a little less stressful. Will definitely return to use more of their services during this process.

Communication was clear, responses were fast. We received our NIFs within days. Very glad we chose Lisbob!

I was seeking help registering as a Freelancer so I signed up and paid Lisbob €149 on Sep 22. I haven't heard from anyone since the initial acknowledgement of payment. In the following 3 weeks, I sent 2 or 3 follow-up e-mails and heard nothing. Finally, on Oct 14, I received an e-mail from Benoit apologising for the delay and saying that it was due to internal issues. They offered 2 options: 1. to refund my money and 2. if I want to continue with their service they will prioritise my case. The e-mail seemed legit and sincere, so I opted for Option 2. And then, I have heard nothing from them. I sent another follow-up e-mail on Oct 24 and still heard nothing. I am out €149 and got nothing accomplished. I don't think this company is a scam, judging from the many positive reviews. But they are definitely incompetent and offer very poor customer service.

Worked quickly and got the jobs done in reasonable time. Responsive to questions.

I obtained my NIF in January 2024 to work for a few months in Lisbon.

At that time, I didn’t yet know of a way to get my NIF quickly for work, so I used the service through lisbob.net.

I left Portugal in April 2024, and only now do I notice that automatic payments of 10 euros per month are being withdrawn from my bank account. I sent an email and am waiting for a response. As long as I don’t have a solution to this problem, I will maintain my negative review regarding this service.

1 year after getting my NIF they started charging me fees of 10€ each month since July 2024!!!! i DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, no one replies to my emails. Please, help!!!! No one mentioned anywhere a subscription while getting my NIF and no one one repliedon my cancellation request.

Under the hidden terms and agreement imbedded at the end it says you will also be charge $10 a month for ever. No where did it mention while getting your NIF number does it mention the monthly charge. When I cancelled my subscription, they canceled my NIF with no refund to the money spent. Deceptive! Beware!

Lisbob service is outstanding.
In less than ten days I received two NIF# numbers issued for both me and my son.
