Ok, I ONLY decided to write this review to help others who might be undecided....
I truly thought this was a scam after reading reviews, seeing A LOT of discrepancies on their website (other company's pictures, spelling errors, etc.), and the Chinese website despite "being from Italy ". Completely untrustworthy. Anyways, paid for express shipping and it DEFINITELY was not express.... took a little over a month to be delivered. I didn't even care because I thought I was already scammed..
I received the product and everything was there as intended. Instruction manual was trash in terms of a child could do better in making one. Came with 4 random clips that I decided to use on my collars since I have no idea what they are for.. again, terrible instructions.
The unit itself works GREAT! I use it for dress shirts only, so it does take time to button and unbutton everything. If you are buying for a time-saver, don't, unless you plan to use it on T-shirts or pants. Be sure to use it on damp clothes as well (VERY IMPORTANT). I decided to buy table cloth weights from Amazon because the weights it comes with do not provide enough tension in my opinion.
All in all, great product depending on your intended use, terrible website, terrible communication, terrible delivery time, and pretty much everything else.
Believe it or not, I DO recommend based on my personal experience. The unit works plain and simple.

This is a scam. The product is flimsy and cheaply made—definitely not worth the price. They require customers to return the item to the UK or China at their own expense, which makes the return process unreasonable. Avoid buying this product; it does not work as advertised.

No replacement for an iron
I've given the product a really good run of tries, but it simply doesn't remove the creases from my garments. I've not found it to be the fantastic product that was described.
