Excellent service
Excellent service they were ready for my car when I arrived and the work was completed on time. I received a video showing the health check carried out on the underside of the car including a tyre wear check which was very reassuring. The staff were very friendly and efficient and l also received a complimentary clean and valet! I have no hesitation in awarding 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A warm welcome on arrival
A warm welcome on arrival, treated so well as a customer, whole process very efficient.
A special mention for Jansa who looked after my service booking so professionally. Whilst in the waiting room, she was having to deal with another customer who was obnoxiously rude, impatient and who treated everyone with complete disrespect. The way she dealt with him was so calm and professional - so much so that after the customer had left, I felt obliged to go over and offer a word of encouragement on how well she dealt with the situation.
Overall top class service from all at Jaguar as you would expect from a first class brand.

Avoided being ripped off
Attempted to charge £366 to diagnose a fault that they would not be able to fix as it was an aftermarket heater. Also, the app tried to push me into buying new tyres that were not needed. I felt that Listers were trying to rip me off and get as much money as possible out of me during this visit.

Fault fixed
Had vibration from the Toyota Yaris tweeters on both A pillars. Listers had a go at quieting them but it didn’t work first time. Requested I bring it back and spent the day on it (I also reported the air conditioning as not working). They ran me home and picked me up to collect the car. It now appears to be fixed (the air conditioning was my fault - it pays to read the manual). Very pleased indeed especially with Ben, Ethan, Graham, Andrew and Jordan who were very helpful. Such good service makes you want to go back and buy from Listers again.

Collected my car from house, and returned in the same day.Texted me with video of everything that they did, and explained what was needed, then called to say my car was ready for return.The collection and return drivers were great, and polite, all in all. Excellent?

Excellent service as usual from Listers Toyota Coventry . My car was in for its MOT, which I had booked 4 weeks in advance for 8.30am. I arrived early and the car was taken round straight away, I stayed, read my book, had a coffee (very nice), and the car was returned 1.5hrs later, all done and cleaned inside and out. Ellie was the employee taking care of me, kept me updated and couldn’t be more helpful. Much appreciated .

A warm and polite reception when you arrive. You are seen by a helpful member of the service team, who managed to organise an MOT for me at the last minute. Car was ready earlier than expected and it was cleaned and vacuumed. Good service

My car was booked in for its service and MoT. I really appreciated being remembered from previous visits by the service desk and given a good welcome. Sam took time to make sure everything was correct. When I got the car back it was running well. Overall, I was very please with the way Listers looked after both me and my car!
