Decreasing discount within a day after showing interest
Looked online on Saturday for bathroom lights for our son's Xmass present. Took screen shots of lights so our son could make sure they were what he wanted at a price of £19.69 x 3 because of a 44% discount totalling £59.07. He responded next day so went back online and the discount had changed to 25% so had to pay £26.25 x 3 totalling £78.75. Our email promoting Litecraft said it was a January sale not just for one day. Contacted shop but we're not interested saying it is the online teams fault. A £19.68 overcharge not very happy.

Our website experienced a technical error over the weekend when the sale began and we rectified it as soon as we saw it. The discount of up to 25% was the only discount that should have been shown but unfortunately due to the technical error, it applied the discount twice to some items. We can only apologise that this error occurred when you were going to purchase your lights.

Good description, easy to order and secure checkpout.
Good description and photographs. Fast delivery, not next day but fine for me. The lights appear to be well made, and the light unit can swivel up and down, and it secures in place by tightening a wing nut. I won't know how good the beam/light is until I can wire them up and see how accurate the movement sensor is.

Avoid these law breakers selling electrical rubbish
Avoid these law breakers! I purchased a mains socket from Litecraft on Ebay. It turned up with considerable corrosion on the electrical parts and on the brass finish. They started to set time wasting conditions about considering its return, ignoring Distance Selling Regs requiring them to take it back without needing reasons. Also, Trade Descriptions act required goods to be of merchantable quality. But it was rubbish. It almost certainly would fail to meet electrical regulations. Litecraft need to be binned like the clearly visually faulty piece of rubbish they sent.
