Fantastic customer service every time I place an order. Highly recommend!

Overwhelmingly positive. Order came very quickly. There was a small snag just after purchased that was rectified in hours and exceeded all expectations. 6 months later a warranty issue cropped up (which wasn’t any fault of Little Big sports, or their responsibility) to solve and was handled on my behalf to again exceed my expectations - going above and beyond. Strongly recommend.

I recently purchased a cricket set from this store, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The set included everything I needed to start playing cricket, including a high-quality bat, sturdy stumps, and comfortable batting gloves. The equipment was durable and well-made, ensuring a great playing experience.

Had an exceptional experience of buying lower body (thigh) protection. I made a mistake and ordered left handed rather than right handed (realised on checkout), so emailed in a panic and got an immediate reply from Katie reassuring me they would amend my order. Lo and behold 48 hours later the correct item arrived. Super impressed with the customer service and communication. Even better as item was best price I could find online. Will definitely use again and very grateful for the support.

Very responsive and clear communication. I had a product delivered which had been damaged in transit and they were very helpful and reasonable in finding a resolution which worked for me.

Spoke with Katie before ordering who checked that the item I wanted to order was in stock UK Kids 51 golf  clubs & they would be delivered the next day if ordered before 12 noon & yes they arrived stated I would defiantly use this company again & recommend them to family & friends S Gilling

I purchased a Paceman bowling machine 176XL in early December 2022. The experience was seamless right from the offset. My pre order queries were accurately and honestly responded to, package and deliver of goods was fast and well communicated. The aftersales service was brilliant as well. I highly recommend Little big sports, a well run professional outfit.

There is a reason to use small businesses and that is the customer support you receive compared to some larger retailers. I purchased a AP6 cricket net but unfortunately the frame was damaged on delivery. Katie arranged for a new frame to be delivered the following day but unfortunately we then discovered the net did not fit the frame! Once again she arranged for a new net to be delivered and the problem was rectified. Katie was always on hand to talk to and went above and beyond to make sure the issues were solved. I definitely feel I would not have had the same satisfactory resolution if I had bought from a larger retailer; being able contact Katie who is so knowledgeable about the product and could contact the manufacturer directly rather than speaking to a customer service advisor in a large call centre really made all the difference. Despite the initial issues with the product, I would have no hesitation in using Big Little Sports again. They are a fantastic business who really care about the customer which is so refreshing.
