I don’t normally write reviews but the service I received from Little Big a sports was excellent and Katie really deserves the 5 star reviews she is getting for her top notch customer service. She guided me through our requirements and the order was dispatched the same day and arrived the following day. Top notch company.

Little Big Sports and Katie have been absolutely amazing - absolutely top class - at helping me navigate a selection of cricket and tennis feeding machines for my sport obsessed sons. Other firms try to get you off the phone, Little Big Sports take the time to actually listen and then advise, and follow on going many many extra miles throughout the process. Tremendous customer service and all with a smile, cannot recommend highly enough. I have passed on to other parents at my school, fantastic selection of sporting equipment and other items for sporty kids, I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much Katie for everything you did, really pulled out all the stops and I have two very happy kiddo’s with hours of fun and spare time for me ahead so we’re all happy! Just quite simply the best customer service I have had in some time. Not only did Katie know her stuff (as was demonstrated by answering questions that other online stores couldn't nor could the mighty power of google) but equally she could not do enough to help. With her assistance I was able to properly identify a specialist cricket bat for my young son and ensure that even without seeing the bat first hand that it was the right one for him. The bat arrived swiftly to say the least and in plenty of time for his birthday. Despite the heat he enjoyed a solid hour practicing last night and the bat as predicted is spot on. Don't waste your time elsewhere just come straight to Little Big Sports. Faultless.

Had an issue with a junior bowling machine which katie to ownership for and rectified very efficiently. This was a manufacturing issue but Katie owned all the way through. Great customer service.

Excellent customer service and very quick turnaround. Bought a set of paceman balls and extra feeder trays for my bowling machine. Katie was very helpful and proactive over the chat function on the website. She fulfilled my order exactly how I wanted, very quickly and efficiently. Excellent company. I always try and purchase from a family run business and am so glad I did. I purchased a feed buddy for my grandson at a really competitive price and it arrived within 48hours; even though there were delivery delays due to covid. I needed to call the customer service with an issue which totally my fault. They were nothing but polite and professional. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again and recommend.

We bought the family mini tennis set last summer. Super fast delivery, easy set up and very good equipment. Great fun by all, all summer long....apart from the neighbours who had to throw the balls back all the time!
