I spent £95 on a dress. I received it and it was broken- which was extremely disappointing for the price paid. So I returned it, over 3 WEEKS ago it was delivered back to them & yet still no acknowledgement of my return, no refund. It is now past the “14 working days” that they claim to refund you within. I have tried contacting them, no response. Absolute scam of a company. Will I ever get my money back? It is looking highly unlikely.

Waiting one week for my order, and then is saying that my order is cancelled.
Didn’t get any order ,or money back. Terrible company. Do not order from them
I did not paid with Klarna.
I emailed you the bank statement, and I get no answer.
Is more than one week waiting for the dress.
Cancel the order and give the refund pls.
I send already three emails and I have no answer for you.

I ordered my dress and the it was lovely and the quality of the dress was great but the fit was a little bigger but overall the dress was lovely. It didn’t suit me so have returned my order.
The returns process could be made better by an initial email being sent when returns are received but i queried a return and I heard back straight away. Amended my previous comment as was impressed with the quick response.

I ordered a beautiful dress on a Sunday afternoon but was disappointed to be contacted first thing the next morning to say that the size was no longer in stock. I was offered an alternative size, which thankfully was perfect.

The team at LBD were really responsive and their approach was always to find a solution; offering a different size and then offering free return if I wanted to try the smaller size and found it unsuitable. It would have been easy for them to just cancel the order due to stock issues. Friendly throughout and delivery was incredibly speedy. Thanks so much!

The company was amazing! I had a funeral and ordered a a dress specially.
cam just in time pretty much bent over backwords for me to get the dress. Their customer service was impeccable.

Terrible - returned a product through their process and supposed to refund within 14 days - 16 days later no replies to several emails, messages or refund. Don't bother ordering.

The website is very clear and easy. Excellent photos.
The communication from Little Black Dress was prompt regarding receipt of order, despatch information etc.

The two dresses I ordered arrived within 3 days of ordering; they were wrapped beautifully in tissue paper and the quality of the the dresses is outstanding. The fit is spot on.
I would highly recommend Little Black Dress. Thank you!

I bought 3 dresses for GBP219.00. Sadly not only did they arrive too late (11 days later) for my event but when they arrived the quality was shocking, especially for what I paid.
I sent the dresses back the day after I received them (28.6.2023) which they received by the 30.6.2023.
I am STILL waiting for me refund!!!
Frustrating they do not have a number where you can call to sort it out immediately.
It's definitely a scam!

It was great to speak to a real person, (Matt) who talked me through a glitch when ordering. Helped me to also return one of my items. The dress was good quality and the size fitted me well.

I ordered a dress for a wedding with a 2-7 day delivery time. I emailed to check the progress after a few days, as I was short of time and I received an immediate reply to say there had been a stock issue but the dress would now be sent express 1 day delivery. The dress arrived (7 days from ordering) and is absolutely beautiful. The quality is much higher than many online clothing companies I have used.
I would definitely recommend this company and am glad I didn’t read the poor reviews beforehand that may have put me off.

Ordered a dress. It didn’t suit. Send it back on the 12th of June. Today is 7th July and still no refund!
Policy says wait 14 days for refund! It’s been 24days! I’ve emailed them with proof of postage and order number and nothing.
What is going on?!!

I ordered 2 dresses 5 weeks ago.
I am still waiting to receive one of them and dispite leaving 3 email messages asking for an expected delivery date I have had no response!!!!
One of the dresses arrived after a week wait but wasn’t suitable so I returned it…. That was over 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a refund.
Avoid this company!!

Immediately after writing this review I received an email from Little Black Dress…( not in my junk email ??)… they have received my returned dress …and have now issued me a refund
They have also reviewed the status of the other dress I ordered 5 weeks ago and have also now refunded me that to.🥳

I needed a last minute dress, I really loved a dress but the delivery was 2-7 days. I thought I’d try my chances of emailing to see if I could get it by Thursday (ordering Tuesday!), I did think I wouldn’t even get a reply until Wednesday, maybe Thursday…. I got a reply within half an hour, within an hour I ordered the dress, sent an email with the order number, within an hour of ordering the item was dispatched with next day delivery. The dress came Tuesday, and it fits beautiful!! Really couldn’t thank little black dress enough! They have been amazing. The quality of the dress is lovely too! 🤩, I couldn’t be more thankful to the team! 💞

Excellent service my dress is for my son's wedding on Saturday and they sent it by special delivery and it arrived today, love the dress would definitely buy from LBD again

Do not shop with this company.- little balck dress. I bought two dresses from this company quite expensive which turn out to be way smaller than the sizes advertised. I returned both dress but the more expensive dress at £120 was returned to me on the basis that the tag was tampered with. I had return the dress the very next day with tags intact but this con of a company returned the dress to me after deducting bout £15 for postage and I had spent £9 for return postage. I raised a dispute with Klarna who I made payments through but Klarna is also joke as they never even attempted t resolve the issue but kept harassing me for the remaining repayment to the point where I almost lost my mental health. I felt to safeguard my mental health I was left with no option but to pay the money. I will never shop with this company, ever again

I cannot rate the customer service I received from Little Black Dress highly enough. They took great care to ensure I received all items in my order as quickly as possible. I even received a phone call to discuss alternative options for a currently out of stock item - not many companies would bother to do this. I returned one item in my order, and the refund was processed immediately. The dress that I kept is beautiful, fits extremely well and I cannot wait to wear it when summer finally arrives! I would highly recommend buying from Little Black Dress.
