I placed my order just before a bank holiday weekend which meant a delay in postage, I contacted customer service and they arranged for my package to be sent 24hour fast track as it was for a wedding. Luckily I received my delivery 20min before we were ready to leave !! The quality and fit was just perfect.🤩

I would just like to take this opportunity to say a massive Thank You to the Little Black Dress team for how they assisted me with my recent order.

Orders usually take between 2-7 days to be delivered but due to an event taking place tomorrow and with the two big bank holidays, the LBD team managed to get my item to me within 48hours 🥹

I’m so very thankful to the team and the dress is absolutely stunning 😍

Just received a dress I ordered a few days ago.LBD updated me on dispatch and delivery.The dress arrived beautifully wrapped in tissue paper which makes it feel extra special and the dress I ordered was lovely quality and will be perfect for an upcoming wedding.

Order placed on a sunday and paid for express delivery. Come today (Friday) still no sign of the 2 dresses i need for tomorrow. Tried to contact someone and just got an email to say refund of delivery charges. Advised i wanted a full refund and dresses cancelled as they havent been despatched yet. No apology nothing. There is no way to track your order or actually speak to someone. Very disappointing. Will not use again.

I recently ordered 4 dresses for my birthday, one dress was sent separately to the other 3, this item was left on my doorstep and was unfortunately stolen, I have spoken with the customer service team and supplied all details was told that they will get back to me, this was 3 weeks ago, I then received an email that they sent a replacement dress which I have not received even though in the first contact email they said they wouldn’t be able to send a replacement in time for my party, now all I have is the same automated response from them every time I contact them. This company is now lying to customers. This is now over 3 weeks from my first email I have asked for someone to call me as they have NO CONTACT NUMBER! Still not heard from them. Now my emails are being ignored such unacceptable customer service very disappointing! I wouldn’t purchase from here again if this is the customer service or lack of one they provide. Why am I paying for an item I have not received, avoid this company at all cost! I will take this matter further!

I ordered my dress very last minute for a ball I was going to and I can’t fault the service. Little black dress were amazing kept me up to date with everything and got my dress out to me on a fast delivery. I honestly can’t rate these guys enough super happy and the dress was amazing quality and looked beautiful.

I ordered a dress just before Xmas 22nd December and I was worried I would not receive this before 4th January due to the festive period.
The customer service team were amazing and updated me on the progress of my item throughout the delivery and gave me a 24hour service delivery after shipping and I was delighted to receive the dress on Saturday 30th December :-) Thank you so much, your help & support was much appreciated:-)

I ordered a dress from this website on Christmas Day(Monday) for a wedding on the Friday. The dress was sent out very promptly and arrived on the Thursday. It was lovely.

Customer service was excellent, going to the trouble of finding a replacement when the dress I wanted was out of stock and sending it next day delivery in time for an event. Thank you!

The dress came in a good time but was disappointing in terms of quality. I ordered a dress from their ‘LBD exclusive’ range and it was very pricey but when it came I was disappointed that it didn’t look as good as on the website, the green colour that I ordered was a bright emerald green on the website but was more like a dark turquoise when it arrived and the apparently silky material felt a bit ‘plastic’. The most annoying thing is that it’s billed and priced as an ‘LBD exclusive’ but actually when the dress comes the label is for a wholesalers called ‘Numoco’ and they even sew a little metal tag on the outside of the dress (that has been airbrushed out in LBD’s pictures on the website) also saying Numoco’. Once you remove the sales tag there is nothing that remains that identifies the dress as a LBD dress, let alone an exclusive! Of course I get that most brands will buy from wholesalers and that they are not actually making the dresses but considering the obvious mark up that they make when selling the dresses under their brand, they could at least put their own label in it! And the mental tag on the outside front of the dress spoils it and should have been removed or at the least mentioned in the description or shown in the photos rather than airbrushing it out as thats false advertising. I got the dress for an event and had no back up so I had to wear it but I didn’t feel good in it and will be getting rid of it now and will not buy from LBD again. All in all, disappointing.

Ordered the dress 10 days ago for Christmas. Christmas has come and gone the dresses has still not arrived.
Only reason for ordering was because the website said to order by the the 20th to get the dresses by Christmas
Very bad customer service. I will never order from them again. Looks like I will be now having to pay for return too.
Had a confirmation of order on the 16th since then no email no tracking nothing

I was recently looking for a Christmas party dress and LBD came up in my search. I hadn't used them before. I contacted them to ask more about a dress I'd seen and they advised it was out of stock but pointed me in the direction of another similar dress which I ordered.

It came a few days later, packaged nicely. The cut and fabric were beautiful and the dress was of very good quality.

I wore the dress last weekend and got so many compliments. I can't wait to wear it again.

Fantastic customer service even when I needed the dress very last minute!

Ordered 4 dresses from them - 3 arrived - invoice hand written in pencil that the 4th dress was refunded as they didn't have stock, however they took all the money from my account - I queried this same day with still no response on their email? I have since returned the other 3 with not acknowledgement that they have received it and still NO refund! DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
HOPING FOR A REFUND SOON!!

For some reason I appear to have placed an order twice and two payments came off my bank. Phoned the mobile number on the website at 08.55am in the morning and spoke with Mark. Mark was patient and courteous checking everything out for me and immediately refunded my payments. I also found the dress cheaper on another site and he priced matched for me. Great service will certainly use this company again, will update on the dress when I receive.

Ordered a dress 9 days ago for my daughters prom this weekend, had acknowledgement of order via email and nothing since, no shipping or tracking details and no contact, will it ever get here? No response from emails is pretty poor and have a disappointed daughter having spent £100!

Edit- have had quick response rom customer service today and hopefully shipped now...
