The customer service was very good. After calling and leaving a message regarding a query on various products, a call back followed very soon after. Recommendations were given, which we used to complete our order. The products were delivered the very next day and all eco packaged and exactly what we were after.

Eco plates wrapped in plastic
We found these to be sturdy enough to hold hot and cold food without going soggy or flimsy. My only gripe and it's a big one is although they arrived in a cardboard box the actual plates and bowls were wrapped in PLASTIC BAGS not very eco friendly if I had of known this before ordering I wouldn't have bought them.

We ordered some large round and some heart shaped palm leaf plates. Ordering and delivery process was smooth and efficient. However, one pack of the large palm leaf plates that I received had an opening in the outer plastic packet before arriving to us and the plates in this pack smelt bad and we’re more discoloured. The smell filled the room that the plates were in. I think it is likely that the plates had become damp. I reported this but was told it’s due to normal pigmentation in the leaves. I do not feel that’s the case as the rest of the sealed packets were fine despite some pigmentation marks. Reported this and the company sent me another pack
