Having tried a number of brands of reusable nappies, the onesize nappy by Little Lamb is the winner. I did need more absorbent boosters for my daughter as the included ones were not sufficient for her. When I was ordering the Reusable Onesize Pocket Nappy Kit, I asked for the included boosters to be swapped out for other ones and customer support was more than happy to accommodate. They clearly communicated with me throughout the shipping delay and even provided a small gift. Lovely products by lovely people.

I purchased online set of 15 onsize nappies. Initially I was happy with them but after around 2 months of wearing they started to leak through even with additional hemp insert! They were lasting full night initially but at some stage they started to leak after one hour! Looks like PUL material lost its properties, but I washed them in 40 degrees and never used tumble dryer, took good care of them. Nappies of other companies still work well for us and my baby is only 4 months so it cannot be related to the fact that my baby is passing more urine. Customer support is ignoring my massages when I try to contact them, even though they were quick before to respond with questions when there is no issue.

I’m amazed that this company could ever get a review less than 5 stars. I LOVE LITTLE LAMB!! Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Communication is brilliant, no matter how many questions I’ve asked, prior to ordering and after (being a new mum), they always get back to me so quickly, with kind words, the best advice, and it’s always very personal! Never a generic email. Quick to resolve any issues I’ve had. (I lost a popper of a nappy, they kindly sent a replacement, and I done an exchange with them for some nappies that didn’t suit my little one, being a big boy!) And of course… the products are amazing. Best quality. Wash so well. The fleecy liners are sooooo soft. To the point I’m sometimes jealous I don’t get to use them 😂 don’t hesitate to buy from this company. Everything reusable in my nappy journey is solely LittleLamb thanks to how brilliant they’ve been. Also the nappy prints are just adorable.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely appalling customer service! Received the incorrect colour changing mat today. Received blue not silver which was ordered. Obviously, if I wanted blue I would have ordered it. This company does not have the customers best interests at heart. The whole experience caused me undue stress as the mat was part of a matching gift. Do not buy from this company if you're expecting to be valued. Little Lambs need to up their customer service skills or retrain their staff! Deeply disappointed as I have been treated as if this my error not theirs.

They’re delivered in lovely packaging and with care instructions

My first time trying reusable nappies, and after some trial, error and leaks I got it down! Little man is having a better time with these than disposable ones, and his very sensitive skin has had far fewer rashes due to irritation (eczema sufferer). He's less fussy overall now and I'm raving about these nappies in playgroup! Mums and dads, if your thinking of buying thes, do it!

We have used a variety of nappy brands over the last 12 weeks, and little lambs are by far our favourite. We have both sized and one size pockets and they are amazing.
The boosters also work great in any pocket nappy, and are super slim and very absorbant. We love Little Lambs

I ordered the 20 nappies kit and I love them! Easy to use, gorgeous colours & patterns, cute and I find we get fewer leaks than with disposables.

I ordered a bundle of nappies from Little Lamb about 4 months before my Daughter was born.
They were too big for her for a while, but when I started to use them they would leak every time she did a wee. Not a good fit around the legs. I spoke to customer service who were always quick to respond and offered ideas and advice - but unfortunately none of these helped. My Daughter is 14 months old and they still don't fit. I tried to get a refund but was told it had gone past the refund date, even though I had them quite a few months before she born and so couldn't try them obviously. That's over £200 wasted. I am very unhappy to not have had even a partial refund. I don't feel that they are designed well around the legs, especially for those slimmer babies. I won't be buying from Little Lamb again. Which is a shame, as I had high hopes from them as a company - so many good reviews. I think I just fell unlucky.

Absolutely brilliant nappies (two part bamboo)! My fourth child, but first successful time with cloth nappies, thanks to the quality and advice from this company. Love the designs on the wraps, and they do the best job at holding everything in! We’re almost 3 months in, and no leakage yet. Great value (bought one of the starter kits). They have been so friendly and helpful when I’ve asked for any advice. 100% recommend.

I’ve tried many cloth nappy brands and this ones are the worst ones! I’ve bought night nappies, pocket nappy and 3 wraps plus 2 wet bags! Horrible mistake and a total waste of my money. The quality of allLittle Lamb products is absolutely appealing, most of the stitching is coming off and the velcro doesn’t last longer than 1 months (even with a proper washing).

I'm relatively new to cloth and have sampled a range of nappies, and think littlelamb are defo my favourite, I cant quite explain why but ill try:

No leaks - I can even use just one insert during the day if I know its less than 3.5 hours between changes.

Snug fit around legs and waste. My baby has a narrower waste and thunderthighs and somehow it just works.

No nappy rash

Quick drying wraps - probably 12 hours hanging indoors (so late evening hang, ready by morning)

Quickest drying inserts - I do prefer to leave the inserts a little longer because I can never tell with inserts but these are superfast especially out in the sun (I avoid right now due to pollen and tiny flies getting on them and being hard to force off)

Beautiful designs - I have 2 and have my eye on 2 more when in stock, I would love to see more.

Really good quality of nappies. I bought the OneSize Nappies a year ago and have been using them every day. I can change the size of the nappies as my son is growing and there is no leakage if they are well fitted. They are easy to take care of and will dry quickly. We also bought some wipes and booster and they are great too.
I would recommend to research which nappies would fit your lifestyle when choosing cloth nappies, to take care of them and you will be using them a lot and for a long time.

We've used our 2 part nappies for three years now (between two children) and they've held up really well. They were great value. They wash well and absorb well. The covers could be a little better at being leak proof but that's probably because I leave them on too long!

Great company. Great service. Fast delivery. I ordered a set of 5 organic cotton reusable nappies and they seem to be great quality. I haven't used them because my baby isn't born yet but they look amazing. Just made another order of another set and a few more items. Happy customer.
