Modern Cloth Nappies saved my motherhood when my daughter was 3 months old and beside herself after having a consistently sore bottom from disposables. It started with 1 to try it out and because a 3 year long love. I wish I’d have used them with my son before my daughter! Steph helped me to fit them correctly, and ensured I was supported throughout my cloth nappy journey. The fit of your cloth nappies is key to success, and her social content helped me to understand how to make the most of them! They’ve become something I’ve absolutely loved and my daughter has thrived in her MCN Nappies. Thank you for being wonderful and one of the happiest parts of raising my little girl.

Terrible nappies and even worse customer service. The nappies have consistently leaked despite multiple adjustments to the fit, checking the guide, getting my husband to help with the fit and reaching out to customer service for help. Received lazy replies to my emails as if written by AI. They told me to resell the nappies online. They’ve gone against my consumer rights. Claim that no other customers have had the issue of leaking with the nappies however there is another review here stating they have also experienced leaks. They blamed the leaks on the way I have fitted the nappy but that cannot be possible as I have thoroughly followed the guide and so has my husband, and despite this the leaks persist. They also blamed it on my baby’s size, however we began using the nappies on her when she was over the recommended 8lbs. The leaks have continued to leak despite her consistently gaining weight and growing. We attempted to use them again when she was 12 weeks and within 30 minutes she was soaked through again. Please do not bother purchasing these nappies! I have spent nearly £300 on them and they are absolutely not worth it at all!!!

Post purchase of an overnight nappy and wrap I had an email inviting me to review on their website. I left a review of 1 star as I found my purchase lumpy, wondered why the wrap covers so much of my baby's skin (instead of the natural fibres) and it got soaking wet so quick that my baby wouldnt rest. For whatever reason the review isnt showing despite multiple attemps but the 5 star reviews are showing! Dodgy company if they only represent their happy shoppers... wish we didnt bother.
