Best Customer Service Ever!
I have recently purchased 6 different necklaces from Littlesmith, both in store and online. I can honestly say that the staff have been fantastic offering advise and assisting with my purchases. I would highly recommend Littlesmith.
Advertised 9 characters... only allows 7!
I wanted to order the littlesmith silver personalised horizontal necklace. I chose the £29 one as my name has 9 characters... low and behold the one advertised at 9 characters will only allow me SEVEN letters. Therefore Selfridges are miss selling this product. I informed them around beginning of November, to raise this (I was told they will look into it) I heard nothing so I politely informed them again 2 weeks after. Heard nothing. So a third time I have made them aware beginning of December... and STILL the issue isn't fixed. You'd think they would put this right immediately ... oh no.
Why should I order the 13 character at £5 more, plus postage...
This is miss selling your product selfridges... shame on you!
After reading the reviews of the neclace peeling anyway and shoddy customer service, I'll be buying my necklace elsewhere!

Highly recommend, I was given the tear drop necklace in rose gold with three letters on when my daughter was born two years ago with the first letter of my name, my husband and my daughters name too and it is still in perfect condition now. I have since brought one for my friend and also one for my Sister. We have an issue with one of my Sister letter beads but customer service fixed it very quickly and sent a new one out the same day they received my returned one. I would continue to buy from Little Smith.

Sorry to dock one star, as I was delighted with my orders. First order the name was off centre (I had ordered centre) and it didn't look very asthetically pleasing. HOWEVER the recipient of the gift didn't mind and said she was happy so that's all that matters.

Bought a 2 bar chain in BTs on my honeymoon. Had wedding date and name engraved and within a week the items were peeling. It's as if the gold plating is coming off so writing hardly legible now. No receipt so they would not help me even though the date printed on it was within the last month and I could tell them the exact date and location i purchased it.

I ordered my item at the beginning of December. They gave an estimate of 7-10 days delivery time. I sent an email 2.5 weeks later looking for my order, they said it'd be here by the 23rd. Sent another email on the evening off the 23rd asking for an update and they sent the exact same email that they sent to me the week before!? I was so disappointed considering I have bought jewellery from them at Arnotts in Dublin and they're staff their are lovely. Wish I could say the same about the online store. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a necklace on the 1st December. I must admit I was sceptical ordering because of previous reviews, however I couldn't recommend this company more! I emailed on Thurs 10th for an update on my order, just because their was no tracking service. I received a prompt reply from the lovely Luisa, who updated me on my order, that it had been dispatched but due to the nature of delivery and it being delivered to Ireland, regular standard mail/post (which is fair enough in my opinion, it is free delivery after all) and because of Covid, there are delays in delivery. On their website they do state 5-10 working days, my order arrived today 12/12. I couldn't be happier, its beautiful, and its going to make one lady very happy Christmas day. For anyone ordering, leave plenty of time for when you need your order by, their operating as quick as possible on their side. I initially got an email on the 2/12 saying my order dispatched. Its the postal service that is slow.

I ordered a bar necklace on Monday. They emailed me Tuesday as they did not have the colour I wanted. I proceeded with the order withe the new colour. I asked for it to be posted special delivery for the inconvenience. They advised they do not do special delivery due to issues with the post office but they would post 1wt class instead of their usual 2nd class. My order came today and I could not be happier. Thanks to isabela for amazing customer service.
Letters fade in a week
I love the concept but... I ordered a necklace with each letter on a round bead. First try, the necklace was short of a letter. They asked me to send it back and gave me the postage in a bank transfer. I thought great, no problem... mistakes happen but I had to chase on several occasions to get the necklace back and customer service was neither friendly nor prompt. When I finally got the necklace, within a week of wearing it, one of the letters had faded so much that it could not be seen. I gave up at this point. Rubbish. Hard work.

I ordered a 3 piece bar necklace about 6 days ago. The money was taken, and no confirmation order or invoice has been sent to me. I have emailed them, they don't have a phone number and I have also tried social media private messaging. There has been no reply on any platform!
I love the look of their jewellery, so if you are intending on purchasing something from them - do it in store only or through a reputable store like Selfridges. Do not order from this website.
I will be trying to recover my funds via PayPal and hopefully it'll get sorted that way, but if you have the choice to avoid the hassle then definitely skip this website!
Edit and update: a few days after I posted this review I received an email reassuring me that my necklace was on the way (still no tracking details though). It did arrive about 2-3 weeks later (from the order date).
The jewellery is lovely but as I already said, I’d rather avoid the stress of the website and order from somewhere you will be updated and can track your order.
Item never arrived and refusing to answer any emails regarding it
I placed an order on 8th December and received an email a few days later to say my item is ready to be shipped and I could track its progress via their site. When I checked the site, it has not been updated and it still saying it is ready to be shipped. I contacted them via email as there is no contact number for them and I requested a tracking number multiple times. I am just told "it is on the way" and when I pushed again to be provided with the actual tracking number so I could check its progress myself, they decided to just ignore my emails. I have sent 3 since, all ignored which is an appalling reflection on the company. My advice would be to void ordering online a you may not receive your item and you will not be responded to.
