Absolutely love Littlesmith. Ordered bracelet Wednesday and put a note to say please post asap as need to gift Friday. Didn't really think much of it as their delivery timelines are approx. 3-5 days which is fair given items are personalised. Anyway to my surprise the bracelet arrived Friday morning on time. Perfect condition. No fuss. Just absolutely amazing service. This is the 5th bracelet we will have in the family. All ordered online. Perfect condition each time. Thank you guys :)

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Horrendous customer service. I ordered online and they made the necklace incorrect - the names on the bars were the wrong way round. I emailed back to the enquiries line and
haven't had a response. I chased again and still havent heard. I have messaged on Facebook and heard nothing. There is no phone number ANYWHERE to reach them. I have tried to ring their concessions at Selfridges but to no avail! Would not recommend the risk of ordering from them.
