Gorgeous dress. True to size. Excellent quality. Darker than I expected....more a subdued red as opposed to a scarlet red, but beautiful all the same.

I have given 4 stars for prompt delivery and refund (as I ordered 2 sizes) and kept one for a wedding. I really think it is a pretty little tea dress however I had to leave it in to be stitched at the front as it literally just gapes open so have had to pay more money when having already paid £45 for it. It sits perfectly on the model online but do be aware for the larger bust ladies (which I am not) it just lies open at the crossover at the top.

Easy site to use. Excellent delivery service and although I had to return the garment very quickly dealt with with no fuss

Gorgeous dress WITH POCKETS. Lovely material and nicely made.

Incorrect size sent, communication was rubbish. Returns policy and procedure is costly. I get the impression that they run this business from a container/storage unit which worried me regarding the expensive parcel being received at their end. In the end, I returned all three dresses and I paid for all my returns and and received no refund for any postage. I wouldn’t ever order from them again.

The dress is beautifully made. I love the light silky fabric. It fits perfectly. However the beautiful belt does not fit me. I will have to have more holes put in. But overall am delighted with it

the item of clothing was well made and looked good on. I brought this item to go to a presentation in May. very pleased.

The same dress in two different sizes, one lovely quality (with pockets) the other poor quality. Disappointing and raised but no answer forthcoming or refund on postage :-(

The company has been excellent but the item I ordered was faulty. I would suggest that quality control needs to step in.

Everything was done very quick easy and efficient.

Unfortunately there is no free return service and P&P is deducted from the refund! So, I’m out of pocket by over £9 because the dress wasn’t suitable! I wouldn’t recommend on this basis.

Wrong size dress was sent out it had the wrong size on it.
Although it was sorted really quickly and a replacement sent it cost me £8.95 in postage for something that wasn't my fault.

I was sent the wrong size dress and despite my emailing the company to ask for a pre paid return envelope as this wasn’t my fault they did not reply so I returned at my expense. I now need to return the exchanged dress but they have not enclosed any paperwork so once again I will incur costs in order to get my refund. Poor service , not responding to email which is the only way you can contact this company

Fabulous customer service, but I was disappointed with the pattern matching on the dress I ordered. It was the first thing my audience noticed when I tried it on. Such a shame as I loved the dress but felt it was overpriced with that defect.
