We have found this service to be very good, the ordering process was efficient, the despatch was prompt, the product (in our case, crickets for a bearded dragon) was

I am writing to complain about the state of the order that we received. There were numerous dead locusts in the bag totalling 24, nearly a quarter of what we had ordered and 2 days worth of feeding for our bearded dragon. We are regular customers and in addition to the rise of cost for the order, the quality of the product was extremely shoddy.

please with the speedy delivery and pretty much all the meal worms and crickets arrived alive. they looked very healthy too and my beardie loves them :)

Very pleased with the whole service. Delivery is reliable and when I commented about one delivery having a number of hoppers that seemed not to last, they took my comments on board and its never happened again, maybe it was just a one off. Very accommodating when changing delivery day and then back again. All in all very satisfied.

I have tried a few live food suppliers but the standard of locus from live foods, i found the best. I really would recommend any one to try this supplier the help and corispondance i could not fault . And the sizes i found ideal for my adult and baby bearded dragons

One thing I ordered was out of stock but I got regular status updates and it was sent to me as soon as they had it. Postage a little steep but the items came really quickly and well packaged. Highly recommend.

I've only ever ordered locusts from the site for long while now but just lately I'm getting quite a few stow a away crickets within my purchase which I'm not happy with but more importantly it seems the company have change their sizes. They use to sell extra large now it seems to have gone to medium/large to adult. I ordered the medium/large ones but they seem to have become small to medium size, as a result I have had to switch my provider because they are too small and adult is too big. Other than that I can't complaint, the price is worth the purchase and the delivery has always come next day :-)

Easy to use web pages. Emails to let you know where your product is at. Quality of the food and goods delivered has all been excellent. Very fast delivery most of the time next day and for no extra cost.

Live food UK is great for buying reptile food and other products online. The site is easy to use with a wide range of products and delivery is really quick. Never had an issue when using this site and I would use again!

I ordered 6 Adult locusts and on arrival only two where alive, the packaging was the same as if I had bought them in a shop and not exactly what I would expect for transit.
If they had arrived living (as I would expect from a company called "livefood") I would be happy with the over all experience but as it stands I am not.

I have ordered from Livefood for a while now, the 1st order of mealworms (for the garden sparrows who love them) arrived the following day, well packed and labelled as live insects, I thought it would be a 1 off and it would be slower next time but every order I have put in has arrived the next day. Livefoods have also kept me up to date with the status of the oder and I have no hesitation in reccommending them

Hi I can get any requirments for all of my animals at the touch of a button I would highly recommend them to anyone

Excellent speed and communication, but the last batch had a few stowaways in the tub-- some kind of black beetle.
