The process of ordering is easy to follow. The insects are always in good condition and last a lot longer than when I was buying from the pet shops so has saved me some money.

I have been very happy while using this company to order various items. I regularly buy bugs for my lizard and they always arrive the next day despite only using standard delivery, better so than some of the huge companies that run on-line ordering. Out of the many times I have ordered only once has there been a problem in that the sack holding the crickets had a hole so they had to my surprise made it into the box it comes in which I happened to open in my room (yup some escaped). This was only a minor indecent and was clearly a one off and I'm yet to see this problem happen again. All in all a great company to purchase from, quick delivery times, some great prices and send you an e-mail every step of the way so you know when it has been processed, dispatched etc.

I have used these guys for years and will hopefully continue to do so for many more.

Very few dead and a great fast service. Lots of locusts at least 50 in there. My only problem were the three crickets that I had to get rid of, otherwise excellent service. Easy to order with no complications also a great website layout easy to navigate.

I have ordered through Livefood UK a few times without any problem. This time there was a mix-up with one of the items but when I contacted Livefoods it was sorted straight away.

This website is great for the product that I need, there are two main sites that I buy my live insects from, and this one is the best out of the two, always has what I am looking for at reasonable prices, will shop there time and time again, many thanks :)

Found the website really easy to navigate. And was really impressed with the fact u can get mixed sizes in a bag. Really quick delivery & will def be using again for next lot

I have been ordering from Live Food for over a year and have always received fast service. The reptile food is good quality and lasts. I order every two weeks. I had a problem once where my parcel was left outside in the winter. It was replaced immediately.

the site is great,easy to navigate,great prices and straight forward buying with no bells and whistles.
But the option to make automatic repeat orders is certainly stress free. Prices are affordable good quality items can't go wrong with them tbh...

I came back from holiday and needed to get some livefood pretty urgently, so I ordered some from this website and paid quite a bit of money for next day delivery. It still took two and half days to recieve my order. It seems as though the problem is with royal mail not with the company.

The hens love the mealworms and they realy help to hand tame the birds in no time ,excellent service and plenty of mealworms . I will be re ordering very often

I've been ordering from livefoods for a couple years now and they had been fantastic up until recently. They claim that if you order before 3pm weekdays that your food will arrive the next day (witch it had been for the past 2 years), now a days your lucky to get it in two days after order.

I will be looking for an alternative source but if I can't I will use them as their prices are good.

Crickets arrive on time, healthy and to bestvof my knowledge happy! Varying ages arrived which was handy as I had ordered too many for just 2 frogs and no doubt had they all been mature adults I'd have had most succumb before becoming frog food. Will defianately be using there services again 😊
