Absolutely terrible!!
Absolutely terrible. Made to stand in hot sun for over 2 hours with no water. Then when inside at the front of stage security won’t give any water and tell you no it is for staff only. Are we living in the 1800s or 21st century?
Unprofessional and inhumane
Unacceptable conduct from staff and security at the suicide boys concert tonight at North Island credit union amphitheater. My friends key fob for her car was left inside the venue and they wouldn’t let her in to get it, I understand if they have a reentry policy and that’s fine but security and staff were being extremely rude not even trying to help. She described exactly where it was at and they refused to grab it or be guided to where it was, the exact responses were “I’m too busy you are gonna have to figure something else out” and “that sucks check lost and found later”, mind you these employees were not busy at all they were standing still not doing a single thing other than laughing yet this company hires these staff and security to “help” its customers. They left two young girls stranded in a dirt lot at night surrounded by strangers rather than trying to help their customers. I want an answer on this and why this company thinks it’s okay to have such unprofessional and inhumane treatment for their own customers.
Paid over £300 for NO VIEW at springsteen
Paid over £300 for springsteen. Tickets said 'side view'. (Had side view seats at different venue at Elton John, fantasitic concert, no issues - these were not booked through live nation).
Springsteen: Literally had NO VIEW of the concert throughout the entire thing, as stage equipment blocked view. Live nation take zero responsibility and say they'll take it no further. I'm sending complaint to ASA.
Has has anyone taken Live nation to the small claims court yet? That'll be my next step. Pure greed, zero care for customers. Can't be allowed.
Blocked with at concert
In july i attended a concert at Wembley stadium with my 14 year old daughter for her favourite singer. tickets £92 and our view was also blocked by a black tower. No mention of this when buying the tickets. I contacted live nation customer service after the event who literally take no responsibility at all for anything. Emailed twice second time told the artists used the full stage so our view wasn't distorted. Absolute joke. I was there I know what I did not see which was pretty much nothing as the tower blocked the middle view of the stage and that's where the performance was. Very angry. Unfortunately they don't care just take your hard earned money.
I had an extremely frustrating…
I had an extremely frustrating experience trying to buy TWICE tickets through LiveNation Philippines. I waited over an hour in the virtual waiting room, and then queued for another hour and a half, patiently waiting my turn.
When I finally reached the purchase page, I was suddenly logged out. Attempting to reset my password turned into a nightmare—LiveNation requires both a username and email, but even after multiple attempts with every possible variation of my username, I could not log back in.
As a result, I lost my place in line and may now miss my dream concert. This is entirely due to their poorly designed and frustrating system, and their platform does not properly support customers during high-demand ticket sales.
I cannot recommend LiveNation Philippines—this experience was incredibly disappointing and stressful.
Dishonest sales of restricted view tickets without disclosing they are restricted
I attended the Imagine Dragons concert in London on the 26 of July. The view of the stage was almost all obstructed by a big black tower. It was not disclosed during sales that the seats had obstructed view - a waste pf money and completely ruined my 9yo son’s first concert that he awaited anxiously for almost a year. That experience will never come back and Live Nation has no accountability saying no one will ever see everything in a concert - yes, sure, but if I’m paying to stare at a black tower and only be able to see the singer in passing here and there I would like to know in advance so I can make an informed decision of how to spend my money. Steward during the concert wasn’t helpful as my son could not be moved to the floor due to his age. Live Nation misleading and dishonest sales strategy completely ruined this unique experience for my son
Blackpink brilliant, seats were awful
Firstly I must say how fantastic the girls were. Everything of their performance was outstanding from the high energy dancing, graphics, costumes, staging and their interaction with the crowd. Absolutely unforgettable!!
However, our seats were so bad we had to move. Paying £360 each for pitch seating, in the middle of a row getting a head on view of the stage and only being about 10 rows from the front should have been fantastic. This was not the case we could not see a thing!! The stage was too high for pitch seating and once everyone stood up with their selfie sticks watching the whole concert through their phone meant anyone really from the 4th row back couldn’t see a thing.
My poor 8 year was in tears as she missed her idols coming on stage being blocked and shunted around because the area was too over packed.
A very kind security guard got us out and found alternative seats for which meant we could at least see more of the girls but this ended up being the front row of the first block at the side. No where near the ticket price of the ones we originally paid for.
I’m grateful to the security man who helped us though and other people who were in the same situation as we did have an improved view and experience.
Wembley, you over packed the pitch seating and over charged in your greed!!
My advice to anyone who is not over 6 foot tall and can get off their phone and actually watch and enjoy a concert you’ve got no chance where the seating isn’t tiered.
Extremely Disappointing
Extremely Disappointing – Misleading Seating Info & No Accountability
We bought 5 x Breezy Bowl tickets via Ticketmaster at £260 each—over £1,200 in total—specifically for the B-stage view, where many of our favourite songs were performed. At no point were the tickets marked as restricted view, and the seating plan showed no obstructions.
When we arrived, our view was completely blocked by massive towers that weren’t shown on the plan, making it impossible to see the entire B-stage. It felt like we were sold a premium experience and ended up watching half a show.
Venue staff were unhelpful and told us to contact Ticketmaster, who took weeks to respond before redirecting us to live nation. Still no resolution from them after 2 weeks...
For the money spent, this was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. Completely unacceptable.
We bought box seat tickets and we were…
We bought boxing tickets and we were moved from our seats 3 times they kept making mistakes. We try to explain to them that those were our seats. With the correct number on ticket and seat, they insisted that we needed to move and move us 3 times We had to leave the concert and missed most of the show. Because there was nowhere for us to sit down. Very poor serviyes, very poor customer service.we lost out on 1200 dollars.
Frustrating pre-sale pricing and no real accountability
I bought 500-level tickets during the pre-sale for The Weeknd at Rogers Centre, Toronto — assuming it was my best chance at decent seats. Turns out, better floor and lower bowl seats were released later at lower prices, and whole sections remained unsold even close to the event.
Tried contacting Ticketmaster to request a seat change, not a refund — just something fair. But they pointed to Live Nation as the promoter and offered no help at all.
I reached out to live nation contact pages on social media and no response yet they are so active in their pages posting stories and upcoming event updates.
It feels incredibly unfair to price tickets so aggressively early on and then leave fans stuck with no options. There’s no transparency or support in this system, just a profit-first approach. Unless you’re buying for an artist that’s guaranteed to sell out, I’d say hold off and wait it out. Sadly, my trust in this promoter has been lost.
If you ever need help from live nation…
If you ever need help from live nation customer services don’t expect it.
We went to LP gig 28th June, 2025 Wembley.
The sound was awful and we couldn’t hear a thing. It was sooooo disappointing I’ve never been to a gig like this before. We had to leave early because it was a joke. Staff told us to complaint to LV right away which we did.
The LN response: Inevitably the way patrons experience sound is entirely subjective -what may be right for one listener may not suit another, however we are entirely confident that there was no problem with the sound production at this concert.
We are sorry that you did not enjoy the show as intended but we are unable to take this matter further. We hope it does not detract you from attending future Live Nation events in the future.
The end…
Stray kids concert
We went to the stray kids concert on 19th July and literally saw nothing! The screens did not work except on the front stage and the audio was shocking. We could not hear the boys talk and songs were muffled.
Being sat at the side of the stage, we saw absolutely nothing! Even from the side view the stray kids were flanked by their dancers, so after a few hours performance I can honestly say we saw very little.
Live Nation you should be absolutely ashamed at this. International global superstars, travelling the world and the first time they perform in a UK 62000 capacity arena, you let the UK down!
No response yet to our complaints and request for compensation!
I cannot tell you how infuriated we were at the end of the show having spent a fortune on tickets, travelling and overnight accommodation to see nothing.
Shocking Experience – No Customer Support at All
I attended the Guns N' Roses concert at Wembley Stadium on 26 June 2025, and the sound quality was absolutely appalling. You could barely hear the vocals, the instruments were distorted, and the overall audio made it impossible to enjoy the show. It was a total letdown for a major event with such expensive tickets.
What’s worse is the complete lack of customer service. I emailed the organizers twice no reply the first time, and still nothing useful after chasing them up. Even after thousands of people complained on social media and it made the news, they’ve done nothing. No apology, no explanation, no compensation.
This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers once they’ve taken your money. If anything goes wrong, you’re on your own. I strongly recommend avoiding them terrible experience, even worse aftercare.
Don’t attend Trnsmt if run by LIVE nation
I attended Trnsmt festival with a few of my friends yesterday. I was told I could park nearby by one steward only to be then told that I have to park on a different road by another steward. We were then pointed to 3 different entrances by your so-called Stewards to get to the VIP section. When we finally got to VIP we were made to stand and wait for around 20 minutes just to enter the festival. There wasn’t a queue, the people on the gate just made us wait whilst “they check something”
When I asked what they had to check, the guy said don’t worry about it. It’s nothing. We were then let past another checkpoint but then stopped by a woman named Vicky who was the rudest woman I’ve ever met. I had my medication with me and she thought I was doing drugs. I suffer from epilepsy and told her that I need those pills or I would have seizures. She didn’t listen to me at all and just said she needs to confiscate the pills. After a good 10 minutes of arguing a medic came down, listened to my reasonings for having the pills and then let me into the festival. I’ve never been so embarrassed to declare my epilepsy. I hope this gets back to higher up as this Vicky should be fired.
If it wasn’t for the kooks I would’ve give this zero stars. Organisation must’ve gone out the window when planning this one.
Wife and I went to a Steel Panther show…
Wife and I went to a Steel Panther show put on by LiveNation on 17th June 2025.
The Party All Day package was not as described; we all received a lanyard and commemorative ticket, but nothing was signed - the meet & greet and photo opportunity went ahead.
The venue was also severely overbooked, with the band stating on stage that 2,000 were in attendance (venue capacity is 1,500).
There was almost a crush on no less than three occasions, and one lady fell over the barricade and hit her head after being invited on stage, with the band stopping to check she was ok before getting up on stage.
After the third near crush, I had to escort my wife to the back of the venue as she was beginning to have a panic attack.
At this kind of event, you expect some kind of movement, particularly during higher energy moments, but usually you can move out of the way to make yourself safe; this was impossible due to the amount of people in attendance.
There were people in the bar area and by the toilets watching the show, something I have never seen in any of the events I've attended at this venue before.
When leaving the venue, everybody was moving very slowly as it was wall to wall with people; I believe if a fire had broken out at any point during the night people would have died.
My wife has reached out to LiveNation and received no reply.
She then reached out again, only to be told they were investigating.
LiveNation claims to respond within three working days - it has almost been a month.
Justin Timberlake at Chelmsford City Racecourse 😡
I cannot express how bad the Justin Timberlake concert at Chelmsford City Racecourse has been this evening. 3 hours to get here and parked. Blue car park was miles down a single track lane then through several empty fields and single track ways through each til we finally got parked. Queues 40/50 people deep for drinks and food. Two queues for food, one to order another to collect. Car park so congested to get home. No stewards, no police. No way out of the car park. Huge health and safety issue! Absolutely ridiculous. Not one person we came across or spoke to had a different view. Absolute carnage, unorganised shambolic effort by live nation. It is 12:45 and we’ve not moved out of the car park despite leaving the concert early! Two hours and no closer to home. The police were called by multiple people and no help whatsoever!!
Live nation killing people for money
Live nation how can you let people die in crowd crush situations (Travis Scott Astroworld 2021) and not stop the show. You put money over human life, you are an absolute disgrace and a cancer to this world. I would give a zero score if that was an option.
Blood on your hands
Blood on your hands! How do the people responsible for the Astroworld concert sleep at night? Those young people, and their families deserve justice!
Please don't use Live Nation
Please don't use Live Nation. You'll queue for an hour, then they'll block you as you're suspicious. What a joke company.
You have blood on your hands
