Condescending email repsonse…

I made and a complaint and had a very rude response from Louise B from Live Nation Fan Support.
There isn't any support for the fans and no consideration on the experience i recieved at the concert.
If you are paying a decent amount but was disappointed from start to finish and to top it off you recieve a condensing email as a follow up from my complaint. DON'T PUT UP LIGHTING THAT RESTICTS THE VIEW OF THE ARTIST. I will not be using Live Nation again!!!

I am writing to formally register my deep dissatisfaction with the Michael Ball & Alfie Boe “Together At Home” Tour performance held at the Brighton Centre on 14 April 2025, which my wife and I attended at considerable expense and with great anticipation.
First, the so-called support act, The Conjurors, was profoundly underwhelming. Marketed as a Las Vegas magic act, they spent 38 tedious minutes on stage delivering more chatter than actual magic. Their performance was flat, repetitive, and lacked any sense of spectacle or originality. For a warm-up act, they failed entirely in setting the tone or building excitement for the main event. Quite frankly, it felt like filler – and very poor filler at that.
To make matters worse, we were then subjected to an inexplicable and utterly unacceptable 38-minute silence before the main act began. No announcement, no apology, no music — just an auditorium of 5,000 people left waiting in confused silence. This is not just unprofessional, it is disrespectful to your paying audience.
When Michael Ball and Alfie Boe finally took to the stage, the problems sadly continued. The sound engineering was abysmal. The electronic backing was excessively loud and bass-heavy, completely drowning out the vocals during the first three songs. Despite their undoubted talent, both singers appeared to be straining to rise above the noise – something no artist of their calibre should be forced to do.
The setlist itself was underwhelming, consisting largely of obscure material and overly stylised covers that bore little resemblance to the original songs. A rendition of "1000 Years", a song I know and usually enjoy, was disappointingly flat and lacked the emotional nuance of the original. The Les Misérables numbers — of which there were only two — were the only highlights, delivered with the passion and quality we had expected for the entire show.
Additionally, the excessive between-song chatter and poorly judged jokes detracted from the performance further. I came for music, not awkward comedy. For an evening billed as a world-class musical experience, the pacing, sound quality, and overall presentation were thoroughly substandard.
At £80 per ticket, this event was extraordinarily poor value for money. Between the uninspired support act, the lengthy unexplained silence, and the flawed production quality, I left the venue feeling disappointed, short-changed, and frustrated.
I would like a formal apology, and I believe a partial refund or some form of compensation is entirely justified under the circumstances.
I look forward to your swift response.

I can put zero.

I can put zero.
But I can explaine why:
The worse ever corporate company regarding events: they do not care about Music, infact they cancel festivals 3 months prior start.
They are dishonest,I would never ever have any busyness deal with them.
They are actually destroying the Music scene in UK.

Non Existent Customer Services

Unfortunately, I can't award zero stars. If you have an issue that requires Customer Service support, it's like trying to contact Father Christmas, it isn't happening. All I need is my contact telephone number edited in my profile. It's a detail that can't be changed online. I would recommend registering with another organisation that offers pre-sale ticket access and steer clear of Livenation.

Live Nation/Cuffe & Taylor Abhorrent Behaviour

Trustpilot - Do not remove this review based on claims from Cuffe & Taylor as the below is the complete truth and can be proven with hard evidence.

In June 2023 I was working at Bedford Park Concerts as freelance ( I only found this out after the event and after they had used my photos) photographer.

At said event they gave me the wrong pass which granted me backstage access (even with just pit access you had to go backstage to get to front of house) which I did not know was wrong.

Prior to the headliner security took me backstage so that a tour manage could talk to me, it was not a tour manager instead it was their PR (who is local to Bedford) and one of the Cuffe & Taylor team who outlined that I was being ejected from the vent for going on stage and taking photos. I pointed out that I had not been on stage, they did not care, I then pointed out that if I had been on stage taking photos that I would have said photos on my camera which stores them sequentially numbered so if I had deleted anything they would see, they did not care and walked off whilst I was marched offsite.

I raised this in the subsequent days but I was ignored by Cuffe & Taylor, I then received a legal letter from Live Nation (their parent company) who said everything I was claiming was untrue and that they would take action if I continued, a female member of staff at Cuffe & Taylor also implied that I needed to stop or action would be taken.

What I was saying was true so I continued.

I was then contacted by a senior member of staff from C&T who agreed that everything they had said on the day and subsequently was untrue and I said I wanted a full retraction and apology.

In the subsequent days I received an email from said C&T person with a full retraction on every allegation and threat of legal action along with a full apology. Within that email it was also outlined that if I keep my head down and mouth shut that they would allow me back to work this them, this turned out to be a complete lie just to keep me quiet.

I then placed a data subject access request to C&T and when I recieved everything there were some very interesting bits in there such as:

Daniel Cuffe or Peter Taylor without basis or evidence called me a "lunatic photographer". Daniel Cuffe offered to meet with me which at the time I turned down as I was so incensed by their behaviour, he now refuses to respond to requests to meet.

The PR person from Bedford in a statement claimed that other photographers told her I was on something which I was not. I approached one of the photographers that was at the event who was brought in by the PR person and he outlined he had said nothing and the proceeded to threaten myself and my family with violence. He also claimed to know where I live and of everyone involved the only person that knew where I lived was the PR person and C&T so they must have passed my address to him. C&T then claimed they had no affiliation with the photographer when they clearly did.

C&T have proceeded to have me blocked from every avenue I have used to tell the truth.

Refuse to pay for my services despite using my photos for across social media, news reports, websites etc.

They now refuse to engage, respond, respond to DSARs, refuse to have me back as a photographer etc etc.

They have also now had reviews removed which are completely truthful by reporting them to TrustPilot for defamation etc. I believe the claims they made and names they called me are defamation or slander so I find their claims frankly ridiculous.

All of the above can be proved by letters, emails, messages so C&T denying it or claiming defamation is incorrect.

What they did to me was unacceptable by claiming I was onstage taking photos when I wasn't and can prove I wasn't, letting me believe that I would be allowed back if I kept my mouth shut is a form of abuse which should not be tolerated.

DISGUSTING!!!!

DISGUSTING!!!!!

Having logged in and waited to use Livenation for my AC/DC Tickets at Murrayfield, AFTER 1000hrs, they switched to TICKETMASTER, when I tried to log in to that website, they requested for security reasons that I update my password, leaving me, after eventually getting in, with nearly 37,000 in the queue in front of me, I got in to see the last couple of seats disappear in front of my eyes. I'll never be back to Livenation. Minus 10, not a score of one!

Hidden Details - Didn't Qualify for Refund

Bought tickets to a comedy show and was not informed that the seat I purchased had an obstructed view until the tickets were emailed to me and I clicked into them. I wanted to exchange or refund the tickets so I can buy better seats, but "resale for this event has not been turned on by the Event Organizer" was the pop up I was shown. I feel duped and now I'm going to a show with a stairs railing in my view (which is definitely a venue problem as well). Just wish Live Nation had specified it was obstructed prior to purchase.

bought $203.68 worth of tickets from…

bought $203.68 worth of tickets from TicketWeb, a TicketMaster/LiveNation affiliate. venue said tickets are fraudulent, were already scanned under my name, which of course is impossible. TW didnt care. phone # doesnt work. i emailed- they finally called, and said they dont have a phone # (?). then they said its final, nothing they can do to fix their own fraud.

then they said theyd escalate to a supervisor- they did. he said sorry sales are final. i said that can't be- obviously. he said ok ill escalate it to a manager, and he's not a manager- they're different roles.

then TW responds via email stating that it's final, without escalating to a manager.
so, not only is there no service, no rectification, no refund, no explanation, no resolution, it's COMPLETE FRAUD. avoid at all costs.

SICK I really wish there was 0 star

This review is for live-action Newzealand
I really wish there was 0 star. Very very disappointed with their meet and greet organisation. Why don't you specify on ur meet and greet that it only last for 10 secs and that too for a one rubbish photo. You take 2 pictures that too from a bottom angle not even eye level and send one picture through. Whats wrong with you guys we paid $800 for each ticket. All fans get is a cow in the form of security guard from respective famous personality to treat fans like shit as if they are not worth anything. No signatures allowed no selfie allowed, sharpies not returned ur gift is chucked on outside table. I mean u guys are so sick to devalue admirers emotions. It was a sick experience. I have already emailed the team that sent one picture. I wud like all the pictures that were taken of mine. To all the other people, plz don't waste your money for meet and greets it's not a pleasant experience.

Absolute rubbish!

Absolute rubbish! I must have tried 15 times to buy presale tickets but I kept getting a message stating either the 3D payment confirmation wasn't working or something was wrong with my payment card. There was nothing wrong with the card whatsoever, even my bank confirmed that. I k
ept trying until eventually I was told there was no more tickets. I won't bother with Live nation again that's for sure.

Barefaced Blatant Scammers Freya Harris Manager top of the list

We arrived at the gig (my friend and 8 year old daughter) to hear that there was nothing - no vip package as promised None of the promised extras that were part of the ticket.  VIP nation said simply - sorry it never arrived.  I went to the ticketmaster desk and he said I should report this to ticketmaster but there was nothing he could do.
The VIP nation manager "Freya Harris" then gave me an incorrect email address and told me to write to her there in a few days Basically ripped us off.  Can you please make your management aware of the situation? Blatant barefaced scammers. They refused all refunds to everyone there.

Frustrating experience buying tickets

While attempting to buy tickets, I saw that four tickets were available. However, when I proceeded to checkout, I received a message stating that the number of tickets I selected was being purchased by other people. It happened number of times.

This situation is incredibly frustrating. The transaction process seems anything but smooth, and it feels like I'm wasting hours trying to secure tickets, only to encounter issues despite the availability shown.
