I recently bought Office 2019 Home and Student from Lizengo. Although there were initial problems, when I got through to one of their operatives on Chat he was very helpful and took me all the way through to resolution of my problems and functioning Office at a reasonable one-off price.
I wasn't able to get through on the telephone but the online chat worked well.

I needed to upgrade from windows 7 to 10. LIzengo was recommended. I did have a couple of problems following the instructions but off-line support was good and I got it loaded and working well

Purchased Norton 360 and Office 2016, a little nervous as I am not computer savy and always been use to a disc to install programmes. Followed the instructions and liased with Wesley and had no problems. Would highly recommend and very competitive on price.

I bought Word package
I bought Word package, and just could not get it to download on to my computer. I contacted Lizengo and remotely Wesley worked on it. Because my computer is 6 years old, it was incredibly slow, and it took him hours to clear stuff off, to enable Word to download. I can not ever think of any purchase I have ever had before,on line or off line, where the after sales service has been so thorough, and so good. He was polite, helpful, patient, kind, and thoughtful.
Many companies would do well to take a leaf out of their book. Perhaps I was just lucky, in getting Wesley, but I can not praise Lizengo enough.....thank you

Service from Lizengo was absolutely first rate. Had a problem with installation (nothing to do with Lizengo) which was resolved by the support team quickly and effectively.

The service I received was second to none. Minor problem with software download (needed 32bit version, not 64bit) and this was resolved in a matter of minutes. Installed perfectly and licence activated without a hitch. I highly recommend and will purchase from Lizengo in the future. Excellent!!! - TG

I also purchased Windows 7, product key didn't arrive, but as the info said I was able to install the system without the key. I emailed customer service and received an immediate reply followed next day by the product key which Wesley assured me had already been sent, this was followed by an email to check that I had received this copy annd was everything working ok and to ring them if I needed any more help. I was also sent the software for office 2010, no charge.
My opinion, wonderful customer service. Thank you all at Lizengo.

I bought Outlook 2019 from the website, and downloaded it. I then received an email with an activation code.The email also had a loink to download Outlook 2019, which (I thought) I didn't need. The activation code failed. I sent a message to Lizengo, and received good support from Wesley, who told me I should not have downloaded from the website, but waited for the link in the email.
In the end everything works, and the support was efficient and helpful. However, the website could be clearer on the download procedure: it appears to invite a direct download from the site, when it should say to wait for the email.

Do not use this company. Bought Windows 7 Professional which was supposed to include a key. Received Windows 7 Professional as an ISO and was informed that key 'usually arrives within 24 hrs' but after 5 days nothing has appeared. Tried ringing number stated, no pickup or ability to leave message. Sent email, no response. ISO downloaded has not been tried yet and I have no faith in it to be honest. Without an activation key it's useless anyway.
