Not bad it is also not good

I sent the fake perfumes back and requested a refund and never received one. I tried contacting the company for two weeks and never received a response. They disconnected there phone and took there webpage down. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, it's a scam!!!

I ordered one of my first perfumes from ljshopping which was versace bright crystal a couple years ago. They sent out the wrong size that I paid for but I contacted them and took a picture of the size I had and they refunded me the difference right away. I still have the perfume and to this day it smells exactly how it should and lasts a long time. I will buy from them again as I am now starting to purchase perfumes again.

I have spent probably $400 with them in 2 months on Christmas gifts and personal use products. I got all of my products in a timely manner and haven't had the first issue with the fragrances. I purchased the black opium perfume and it last for hours. I will be continuing my business with them!

I ordered 3 perfumes on oct. 13 th. ..received 2 only. ..to this date have not received the other one, which was the most expensive. ..I have tried calling, left message & to this date Cannot get ahold of anyone. Shame in them!

I bought 3 fragances. Creed Fleurissimo, Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb and DNKY Be Delicious. First of all, It tooks 20 days to get the product and I tried to call customer service and no one answered the phone. Second, I used the three fragances and they are a joke these perfumes are supposed to last forever. I used Creed a long time ago and the clothes Still have the fragrance to this day this one that I bought at LJ Shopping dosen't even last for 10 minutes, It's Creed's cheap imitation same as flowerbomb.
Last, I called the company and as is usual no answer I emailed them to ask for my money back and they haven't responded my email. Don't buy these fake products, I cannot believe how they can lie and say 100% Authentic. I feel mucked and abused by this people.

I purchased an item there on Oct. 8.
On Oct. 16 i received an email from them, where they apologized that the order has not been shipped before, saying that that have just shipped it with a delay, and i should receive it soonest.
On Oct. 27, after almost 20 days of waiting, i wrote them asking where is my order. And they told me IT'S OUT OF STOCK!!! Meaning they lied to me in their previous email, sati!!!!
I just hope i will get my money back!

They sell well packaged COUNTERFEIT products. I have been in the fragrance and cosmetic business for over 25 years and knowledgeable about these products. I purchased about $200 and returned them right away. I confronted them about the counterfeit products I received and they claimed to "look into it". I was refunded promptly after they received the returned items.

My first order and they did not shipped within 24 hours as promise. I placed my order on Oct 20 2016,# 600522 and yet as of today no shipping information. All attempted contacts prove pointless as never receive any answer.

I made a purchase on October 15th, it has been 4 days, no shipping information so far. Just checked the reviews, maybe just waste my time. The card was charged as you guys told. My order is 654624

Other reviews were right, they selling things that out of stock, but the website says available and charge your credit card when you buy, actually I took a chance bought a LANCOME/GENIFIQUE serum with order # 654338 after reading all the bad reviews and the good reviews, so disappointed, no shipment after 7 days, first response said update by end of the day, second email said update soon, now I finally received an system email, not shipment notice but a backorder with refund, it was purely wasting my time, should spent the extra buying somewhere else, would received it by now. Gotta admit that their prices are very competitive, but you could end it up just like everyone else with headaches in the bad reviews, don't waste your time, not worth it.

after received my backorder email, noticed it is still selling on the website, but for a bit higher price, don't know if it is truly in stock, very confusing

Just taking money for the creed perfume.(241.11$) No Delivery, no cancellation!!! My order number 654366.
I called and emailed(even ceo email) several times but no response.
Don't buy anything LJSHOPPING.Net.
If you don't believe, just call the telephone number on website. Nobody answer.

I ordered my Gucci cologne the other day for a relatively good price and assumed this to be a legitimate business. NOPE. I went to check the shipping status and it says my order has been "cancelled". Although they charged my card. Of course they take their money without giving any explanation why my order is cancelled. Honestly I saw all the nightmare reviews and thought people were exaggerating but no. Literally called 4 times today, sent 2 emails. Now I'm contacting my card company to bring this further if needs be. It's not worth the headache people. Stay away and pay the extra 15 bucks on Amazon and actually get your package. This experience has been a nightmare.

The president of the company reached out and rectified the situation. He graciously offered me a fragrance for my troubles. He went above and beyond and made the situation right.

I paid for cologne on the first of this month was told it would be at my house by the 8th when I track my order they tell me it's backorder no one ever told me this before I paid bit what is worse u can't get ahold of anyone I call daily no one answers no one calls back pretty sure this websites a scam and I'm out $100

I bought two perfumes and need to return one I have sent daily e-mails daily in answered calls why have a customer service department if no one responds to emails
Two solid weeks of daily email with no reply I am totally disappointed with your services

How come when I call, nobody answers? Just voicemail. Nobody calls back within 24 hrs. Emails not answered. Ironically, bad reviews are answered super fast. I, too, have an issue with my order. I'd like to cancel my order (for the past week) but I can't do it because there is nobody to talk to. Is this like the case of asylum in Greece, where just one person takes care of millions of asylum seekers? Bad joke, if you ask me. That is what I have to say about the customer service in this company. I may need to go through my credit card to get some progress.

I have purchased several bottles of cologne from LJ Shopping in the past and as long as I didn't need to contact customer service all was great. However, I have recently had an order in house for over a month. They emailed me to let me know my item was not in stock and to let them know how to proceed. I said I wasn't in a rush and waited for a couple more weeks. Then I began to call to ask about getting an alternative product or get more information about the status of my original order. I have called no less than 6 or 7 times with NO response. I have also emailed twice and I still haven't heard from anyone. Their website says someone will respond within 24 hours, but I have been calling for two weeks and not a single response. I may have to challenge the charge with my credit card company if I don't hear from someone soon.
