Ordered an item on 20th August. Received confirmation of order and was advised I would received further updates by sms.
It’s now 30th August and I’m still yet to receive any update from them. I sent them an email on the 27th August and I haven’t received any response. I have opened a case on PayPal to hopefully get my refund!
