The level 3 survey conducted for the property we planned to buy was very detailed and covered all aspects. Specially the report was easy to understand as associated with pictures from different angles. The post survey meeting with surveyor was very helpful as we received several valuable suggestions.

The process from start to finish was simple and stress free. They took care of arranging a date with the estate agents so we didn't have to. Even before the survey took place, we received a Desktop Research Report which included useful information such as estimated broadband speeds, EPC certificate details, and a summary of local property sales — a great value-add we didn’t expect.

After reaching out, we were given a detailed quote the same day, outlining prices for different survey levels and any optional extras. A member of the team then called to confirm the property details and ask if there were any specific areas we wanted them to focus on.

The survey was promptly scheduled, and we were kept informed throughout. Ours took place on a Tuesday, and we had the full report by Friday lunchtime — much faster than expected! They also offer an express 24-hour turnaround option, which we didn’t need, but it’s good to know it’s available.

Very good service.responded and Answered any questions and queries I had quickly and I was very happy with the surveyor and his findings. The drone to look at the roof was an excellent addition to see any problems with the roof, gutters ect.

Everything from the first point of contact to the follow up phone call at the end was so easy to arrange. The report was very concise and the follow up phone call provided the opportunity to ask anything that I was unsure of. Nothing was too much bother and I didn’t feel silly asking questions

I was very impressed by how thorough the report was and the free call with the surveyor afterwards was extremely helpful to zero in on particular areas of importance. It gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase and renegotiate with the vendor.

The report I received was detailed and incredibly clear, making a potentially dry document simple to read and fully understand. The use of photos so @i could actually see hat was happening especially on the roof and chimney was fantastic. The ability to book a follow-up call for free is a standout feature of their service. While I haven't scheduled mine yet, it’s a brilliant safety net to have for any final follow-up questions I have.
