I approached Nigel, with my query and information, where I thought my client had particularly broken our contract agreement. Ange returned with initial advice, which was enough for me to feel confident I was in the right, so a couple of weeks later, I approached my client with a ‘stern’, but obviously effective email, as 3 days later, my client rang me to apologise, it’s all their ‘error’ the money should be in my bank after the weekend. They shall look at reimbursing my contractor immediately too.
We beat a multi-million £££ company, who was trying to bully a sole trader.

My case is chemical burn hair scalp & burn my hair . Lee was handle my case . He is very nice providing me all information. But I am very disappointed doctor who’s see my hair & scalp. He’s very unprofessional. He was don’t talk to me about my injury. He took only 5-10 min . Take some photos on my scalp. He said this is alopecia. Which’s tottal wrong. I went to my gp already my go explained me I will never get back my hair because my scalp permanently burn . I am totally disagree with doctor report. Otherwise good & quick service.

After having my hair dyed by an incompetent hair dresser I was left with damaged, dry and yellow hair. I was so distraught I didn’t know what to do but I knew what they had done was not right. I contacted LLB and my solicitor Lee was so helpful from the start. He emailed me straight back after I sent him photos of the damage and informed me that I did have a case. Throughout the whole process my solicitor was quick to respond to any questions I had and this was so helpful as I was very nervous about the whole process. I was so nervous because although I know what they did was wrong they dined the whole thing!!! However LLB didn’t let me down and I got a very good settlement which did lessen the blow of what I had been through. Thank you I can’t recommend LLB enough.
