Pleasant, professional, and prompt

Had a very pleasant (considering the circumstances) phone call with Phoebe Groenmeyer going through the initial details and starting our claim following a no fault accident.
I am still working through the next steps but all information has been laid out clearly. Phoebe was reassuring and very patient with me having to manage childcare at the same time as taking the call. The process has been started very promptly and professionally.

Just one call

Just one telephone call from my insurance company regarding a RTC in my local area. BOTT+CO very professional and appeared to be listening to the customer’s information regarding the incident. Fully explained. Overall a very straight process.

HERE WE GO AGAIN! HERE WE GO AGAIN!

Here we go again!

In OCTOBER, OCTOBER OF 20-25, ie last year, I had confirmation that the cases were ALL CLOSED by this vulture company. The one who I NEVER SIGNED UP TO AND GAVE PERMISSION TO USE MY DETAILS!

Today:

From my actual lender who I requested AN UPDATE from who I chased MYSELF BECAUSE IT’S MY CLAIM:

We have received your recent request to register a commission complaint.

Our records show that Bott And Co Solicitors already has an open commission complaint, under reference MTF/*REDACTED* relating to this agreement which they submitted under our complaint reference number RET-*REDACTED*. In line with the Financial Conduct Authority and Solicitors Regulation Authority’s joint statement we are informing both yourself and your representative of this multiple complaint situation.

Next steps

We require written confirmation from yourself advising whether you wish to:

Continue with the existing representative complaint (the representative may charge a fee for their service), or

Close the existing representative complaint and manage your own commission complaint.

We encourage you to discuss the position with your representative.

If we do not hear from you then we shall leave the existing complaint open and take no further action with your request.
