Disappointed. Very short (11 months) ‘use by’ date on Altruist SPF50 sun spray. Ordering and delivery service was good although default courier is Evri. I opted to pay a bit extra for Royal Mail.... See more

Unethical Drug pushers
Because of side effects I wanted to cancel prescription. They reimbursed one prescription but then sent drugs the following month. I didn't pause the prescription I cancelled it but still they sent it
All they want to do is push drugs, this is unethical
Took my medication away
Not happy they took my medication away after having it for years as I need it to sleep and now it’s gone thanks a lot.
Don't pay them extra for 'next day' delivery.
I paid extra for 'next day delivery'
My order placed at 6:30pm on April 29th before their 8pm cutoff time. It was delivered by Evri in May 2nd at 10:31am.
Complained, asked for a rebate on postage costs, no response.
Recent experience
After referred by doctors to chemist I phoned for appointment at 11.50 I was told there was an appointment at 12.10. I arrived at 12.05 went to desk said I had appointment lady said yes I’ve booked it in take a seat. Sitting there 50 minutes later I was asked if I was there to see someone I replied yes appt at 12.10. I was then taken into consultation room only to be told there was nothing booked but could offer appt later in the day which I could not attend so I came away without being seen and have rang gp back who has now sorted it
EVRI lost my order - Terrible Resolution from Lloyds
EVRI lost my order, so thats not on them but trying to chase up a resolve for it has been horrifically slow and there is no phone number to contact them on. just their horrific online form. will avoid this company in the future.
I received a used toothbrush, and have been fobbed off for a return
So I ordered an i09 Toothbrush from Lloyds on 18/03/26.
What I received though wasn’t an i09 toothbrush, it was a used i06 toothbrush. I also did not receive a charger with the toothbrush, and a used toothbrush head.
I only realised this was ani06 toothbrush when I downloaded the Oral B app, and it told me it was an i06 toothbrush to my amazement. The brush head also says on the app it’s been used for 88 days - I was genuinely disgusted.
So the fact it was missing a charger, and the fact it’s a used i06 toothbrush, Lloyds are now saying there is no possibility this can be. I sent all the evidence to them, and originally got bounce back for around a week - I couldn’t get an email of them that would work to send photos. I have since realised this was probably a ploy to take you over there 28 day returns policy.
I have since been emailing back and fourth about this since I brought the product for 6 weeks or so now, and Lloyds have taken no responsibility for the fact I’ve received a used item.
The customer service from Lloyds has been shocking. Firstly it took around 6 emails for them to understand what I www trying to say, and for them to acknowledge an investigation was needed into how I received a used toothbrush that’s actually the wrong model. The issue is you speak to a different person each time, not the same adviser is dealing with your case.
Lloyds said they would accept an exchange, but I said I wasn’t happy with just this, they then decided to say they won’t be accepting a return or exchange on the product due to the investigation finding that there is now way I could of received a i06 toothbrush in an i09 box.
I was astonished that they are basically saying I’m lying.
The fact I’ve received a used toothbrush, and I’ve now used this myself is genuinely disgusting. The fact they haven’t taken responsibility for it either, is just shocking.
I think I’m perfectly within my right to not just accept an exchange for this?
I sent photos of the toothbrush as evidence and they brushed these off as ‘debris from the manufacturing process’ which is ludicrous in itself. It was black mould around the charging port from the toothbrush being left on damp side - a common thing electric toothbrushes get?
I’m genuinely disgusted at the way Lloyds treat genuine customers. Having read the reviews on here, I only wish I had done so before I purchased a product from them. £164.99 for a used i06 toothbrush advertised as a new i09 toothbrush.
I am now going to take my compliant to the financial ombudsman, and I’m sure if they took one look at these trust pilot reviews it wouldn’t be hard to see how I’ve received the wrong product. This company need investigating by trading standards, and this is where I will now take my claim. Appalling customer service, and an all round terrible experience.
Theft - absolutely shocking experience
Absolutely shocking experience using Lloyds Pharmacy, who I thought were a reputable retailer. Having charged my card twice for the same order, two months later this has still not been refunded with communication stopped. I am reporting this to trading standards, small claims and seeking redress through my bank.
Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. I ordered the incorrect items and emailed them within a couple of hours to cancel the order. 30mins later, the order was despatched. They advised I return the item which I did at my cost on the day it was delivered to the address as stated on their website in the link they sent me. I have just tracked the item, only do Royal Mail to report they are no longer at the location and they are returning the items back to me. Now I have the pleasure of chasing Royal Mail to get the items back and trying to figure out where to return these unwanted and unopened items back to. Very annoyed to say the least. If this is not resolved ASAP I will have no choice but to raise a charge back case with my bank. Unbelievable!

Sent out wrong item , no contact number and won’t respond to emails or their online complaint form …

Shambles of a organisation and 90%…
Shambles of a organisation and 90% certain they’re a scam. Ordered a CGM and it arrived broken. Filled in the online form and got an email asking me to send photos.. sent and all responses got bounce back as undeliverable. Sent second request and just get told they can’t see the images.. still waiting a refund or a new unit and the fact you can’t speak to anyone is criminal in its own right!
A nightmare experience from start to…
A nightmare experience from start to finish. Package for some reason was split in 2 and I only recieved one package - 1 item out of 7. Trying to get someone to find out where it was or provide a refund has been a total farce. You are asked to confirm something and then your email reply is totally ignored. After the 3rd attempt
I've given up and am trying to resolve via paypal.
lloyds pharmacist bentham road…
lloyds pharmacist bentham road blackburn...i recently started the smoking clinnnnnnnnnc here...told the course was now only 7 weeks instead of the usual 12...only to be told by a different chemist that it is still 12.weeks...lloyds said if i failed i could redo the course..which no doubt they get paid a substantial amount...this is a money making scam and has been reported to the nhs.

Missing item
Received my package but one item was missing. Have contacted them 3 times and twice the postmaster said couldnt deliver wrong email even though I was told to send it to that address. So 3rd time I replied to the support email and have heard nothing for 5 days. No phone number or info how to escalate the complaint. Customer service non existent.
Lack of professionalism
I am writing to express my significant concerns regarding my recent visit to your Thornton Heath pharmacy located at CR7 7HQ. As a loyal customer for over two decades, I was deeply disappointed by the service I received today. My experience was particularly distressing due to feeling overlooked, as two other customers were served before me, and the unavailability of one of my essential medications.
The previous pharmacist, who recently retired, consistently provided exceptional service, fostering a welcoming environment and recognizing customers personally. In stark contrast, the current staff exhibited a noticeable lack of professional demeanor and customer service etiquette. Their engagement in personal conversations about prior employment, while seemingly disregarding my presence, was perceived as both impolite and disrespectful. This experience has unfortunately led me to consider seeking pharmaceutical services elsewhere.
Tried to place an order on Monday 23rd…
Tried to place an order on Monday 23rd February for an electric toothbrush and it said payment failed please try another card, which I did and again it said payment failed please try. Upon checking my online banking the amount was infact pending for £36 the next day I contacted through online messages as Lloyds don’t deal with any online others over the phone other than prescriptions, they responded the with the amount should not leave your account as no order was created. The next day the amount had left my account so I contacted them again and another day for a response asking me for screenshots of my banking card numbers dates etc which I provided then another day for a response of it’s been passed onto accounts to be looked into. It should show still in your account within 7 days still but not that I would get a refund ! I then messaged again to say it’s not showing in my account as pending but has left my account and will I get a refund ?! 2 days on no response so looks like this isn’t getting resolved any time soon. Would try and purchase anything from this company because if the payment fails they can take the money from your account and your left sending messages which don’t get response or take days to respond to each 1 that you reply to them with but then you are left like me struggling to get your own money back and spending weeks sending messages to them
I purchased a weight loss injectable…
I purchased a weight loss injectable pen from Lloyds pharmacy named wegovy I used the pen once and the next Time the pen didn't work I told them and was told it shouldn't have done that and this cost me around £70 so I changed it to mounjaro at the cost of £175 I was to keep it in the fridge my fridge is set on number 4 when I went to use it it looked a bit misty so I told them and was told to throw the pen away and my fridge must be faulty my fridge is new and has never had anything in the fridge that has frozen and they told me not to use it and there is nothing they can do about it unless I paid them another £175 for another pen I am only on a pention and can't do it, this company is a disgrace they didn't want to know they kept saying we have told you not to use it so this covers them from any blame i lost £245 they are not very pleasant to you I am over weight and I was desperate to lose some weight to stop the pain from my arthritis I am in my late 70 I would tell others to be careful whey buying off these people they are nice to you when you buy from them but if you have a problem they don't want to know I am going to take it further they won't take all that money from me without a fight and I will contact trust pilot to let people know when something positive comes up I will fight this to the end I am not letting them take my money from me they told me to throw it away without any proof it was frozen or condensation
