Paid premium price for Chinese junk, paint flaked off grill and head light bezels, chrome trim terrible fitment. Got my 325 bucks.

I ordered over $1200 in square body parts, cowl induction hood both front fenders, gas tank, tank straps and window seals last fall. They have two different qualities of front fender I ordered the better. I had to modify both to have the side maker lights to be even close to fitting. The inner fender on the right side was welded incorrectly giving a huge hood gap on the right side. The angle at the top of the left fender meeting the door post was was way off. What does the lesser quality look like? They have gone to crap. How do you add pictures here?

First order cheap window handle didn't fit. Contacted them and they said ( after I had to supply them with pictures) they would send me another. They never sent one. Second order window seals. The catalog showed the seals. I received them and two were missing. After going back and forth and a few weeks I finally got them. Third ( and probably last) order has not been shipped yet. 3 to 5 buisness days to ship some lenses and trim? Snarky reply from customer service. When I order with summit I get it in a few days. I ordered last Friday morning, it is now Wednesday and it shows no sign of shipping. I will buy the low quality cheap Chinese junk from a different company next time.
Update: I have heard nothing from lmc. I received the order, I ordered grill trim for a 1968 c10. These are flimsy crap, the clips are worse. Parts not so cheap in price but poor in quality.

This is the third time I have purchased from LMC,and got what I was looking for.All seems to be good,received everything undamaged within the time they quoted. I will definitely order from them again. I live in Canada where parts are very hard to find.

The online payment, zonos automatically makes purchase on its own and charged my card. And as per usual half the parts were useless to me. And there’s no point in shipping it back because that would cost more money. Tried to cancel order. Didn’t work. Clown show!!

Quite the scam they have going these days. Don’t order online.

Lmc has all the parts I need to restore my project vehicle. Parts are so affordable with great ship]shipping costs. Parts are reliable and built great. Sales has been great taking my orders. Parts usually show up at my place under 4 days which is awesome. I will continue my business with lmc and will definitely recommend them to my friends, family and others. I love LMC

I recently ordered some chrome windshield trim for a 51 Chevy 3100, not alot of money but still expected it to arrive undamaged. The parts were so poorly packaged in a two piece box that slid together, no padding or anything and not even secured together, the trim was bent. I have done business with them in the past with no issues, but this was just over the top bad business. What has happened to this company to have sunk to this level of incompentence. I don't think I will risk my hard earned money with them again. It's a shame.

I ordered a fuel sending unit on June 30 it is July 12 no part yet. $28.75 to ship a package that weighs a little over a pound. Said it would be delivered today Saturday ? Tracking it and it has not moved in a few days? Pretty bad service.

Charged $15.00 to send a small part to AK. Said it would ship Fed Ex! The put in the US Mail on the 6/25/25 & it won’t be Delivered until 7/11/25!! What a scam! Dennis Carpenter used to be good but they have gone down hill also

I ordered flares for c 10 snd when i got them it was a box n of n hard rubber.
No brackets for installation only small screws with only s 1/2 inch shoulder for the screws. Sorry piece pf crap. I was charged $18 for delivery and they wouldn’t send me s prepaid return and then it cost me $21 to return.

The customer service absolutely sucks!! They are rude and want help at all.

My husband has ordered from this company for years. The last order he received the part did not fit. He called them and they informed him they would split half the cost. Several days later the email to for the QR code still had not come in. He called again and was informed that it would be sent to him in a couple more days. Today a person from the company called him and said we are not paying for half of it. You can pay the whole thing. I don't like businesses that do not follow through with what they say. He called them back and informed them he will not be doing business with them again. It's too bad because honestly, they weren't willing to pay $25 and will end up losing hundreds and thousands. Anyhow, the customer service is horrible. Do not believe what they say.

I gave a bad review recently on a bad part I had received from them. I received a call from their customer service and they have shipped a new part to me. If the new part is fine, I will have to raise their rating to a 5 stars. They replaced the part and I have received it. Thank you for the great service!

They sent the wrong defective not to spec product but wanted me to pay to return it. The agent was very rude and pay no attention to my request.

Beware buying anything from this company.

Today I got a nice email from the company and a refund. Much better service than yesterday. This is appreciated.

I have spent more than enough time trying to return a defective part. (A steering idler arm with a threaded shaft that spins in its socket and therefore the nut cannot be tightened.) I keep getting requests for photos, they don't understand the issue, etc., waiting for the "Quality Control Team" to review the issue. But you know what? Their Better Business Bureau rating is A+!

Part never arrived, refuse refund,no way to know if the part will ever arrive it's went from KC to Indiana where I am, and is now circling FL. Time matters in auto repair and LMC seems to not care about customer satisfaction, or how much it costs by being irresponsible to said customers. Sad as they were once a good parts company. This is my last time trying to use them for anything.

I bought some front bumper brackets for 1998 Chevy trick. LMC website claims they are OEM spec. They are not. LMC is simply reselling cheap knockoff products. I haven't had the brackets 24 hours since delivery. I tried to initiate a return with LMC and was told "we have no complaints on this item from anyone else". I was then told that I would have to pay for return shipping. If this was noted before the time of purchase I would have never purchased from LMC. This company is terrible to deal with. Read other reviews before dealing with them. I'll just take the hit, but I will never deal with LMC again. These guys are crooks. The CSR rep did everything she possibly could to try and convince me this was an isolated problem. In reading others reviews, it clearly is not, in my opinion.

Update - I was contacted the same day of leaving my review by a customer service manager from LMC. The way she handled my issue is the way it should have been handled at the initial call. I have moved my review from 1 to 3 stars because of the resolution that was reached on this matter.

Bought square body fenders and doors, left side I managed to MAKE WORK, right side door is made wrong,I have to trim 1/4 inch from the top curve to make it close, fender will not align because where the lower inside bolt goes the fender can not be moved up to align body crease because fender is made 3/4 inch too short,, sent in pictures to them,, waiting to hear back from them,, going on. 2 weeks now, body panels are junk

Order a set of bumper brackets from these company inspite of the negative reviews and I got exactly what i deserved! Shipping was pretty fast as it was the ONLY plus with this order.. I got the parts and straight out the door i noticed that area where the bolts were to mount were horribly tacked Welded and the bracket seemed identical and were marked LH and RH after installing and trying to mount the bumper I realized as suspected that the parts were indeed identical and the tack welded did break off! I reached out to customer service and was told to take a picture and email to the Quality department and they would reach out to me with solution within 48 hrs it has now been 4 days and still do response or resolution! Parts suck and so do does the customer service save yourself the trouble and try to go to a scrap yard or well known and reputable company
