LMS recently completed our new bathroom. It was not only a completed refit, but a move of bathroom from the back to the front of the house.
A huge amount of work and effort went into the project. New electrics, plastering, installing a new wall, under floor heating, installing a soil stack and all new pipe work. Not to mention re direction and removal of old pipe work!
Lee worked tremendously hard, was a pleasure to have around. He was punctual and efficient and the finished article is stunning.
We are delighted with our new bathroom! Highly recommended. Thank you Lee x

Really bad interface, wouldn't accept password despite opening the account 30 mins before. Had to call and then had to reset the password but couldnt use the same password. Just an inefficient process. Then told that I have to print my documents that i just spent 30mins completing and that I have to send them to my solicitors. You should send them to my solicitors. You have the capability because there was an option to have them sent to my address within 5 days. Again just creating unnecessary admin and inefficiency. Literally just a useless exercise.

Had no idea they existed until I had a threatening text from them. Their email had been dumped into my spam folder.
Spending an hour and a half filling out their inane little form which had numerous issues was really how I wanted to spend my evening.

I simply called today to inform LMS that they had received the offer and not yet sent it to the appropriate solicitor, I wasn't after any information as I know I probably wont be registered on the account as a broker but I spoke to a member of staff who was very rude.

LMS were appointed by Santander to deal with remortgaging of our property. I received an email from LMS with a 5 day deadline to complete their questionnaire which included questions I needed to confirm with the freeholder. Also I was travelling abroad making it more difficult to chase. While I awaited the freeholder’s response, I advised LMS of the delay . They would not grant an extension and said they would cut off my access to their online platform at 10pm in the fifth day, saying the entire process would need to be done by post on my return to the UK. I cannot understand why they are so inflexible and why they need to provided such a short deadline. As I result I’m currently in discussion with my mortgage broker to cancel this mortgage application in favour of a comparable deal with another lender. Thankfully I am not the one paying for this terrible service.

It all went ok, but providing ID and VA seemed over the top. Other agencies are able to check official documents like passports online, and the referral to the lawyer came from HSBC where I have banked got nearly 50 years. So having to go to a local lawyer and pay for them to certify copies was very much overkill.
