I did not want a conveyance survey and there did not seem to be any way that I could ask for quotaton for a small structural survey not linked with buying or selling a property.

Your service provided me with (pretty much) exactly what I was searching for, identifying professionals in my area and providing the most relevant of profiles. But just a couple of aspects that didn't work for me. Continued access to the profiles would be really useful. Maybe they are available and I just couldn't see how to get to them. If so, would be great to know what I am missing. And I was looking to get a feel for services available to me, especially in terms of Architectural Technologists/Technicians, but not looking for immediate contact from them as my ideas as to what I am looking to achieve are still being finalised.

I was asked to provide a EPC certificate and didn't know where to start.

I chose Paul Field who lives locally to myself.
He was very professional, turned up at the agreed time, and explained what he was doing as he went along.

I got 4 responses within 24 hours, discussed my needs on the phone, they all provided detailed explanations of the survey I required, with a quote through email. A good experience.

I chose Andrew Leeson from the list provided as he had a string of 5 star reviews. These reviews were well merited. He responded quickly and arranged a same day appointment. He arrived on time and was very professional. He had regard to my property and removed his shoes on entry . He undertook the survey quickly and explained what he was looking at and measuring. He produced the EPC and registered it on the gov.uk site before requesting payment. All in all a very positive experience.

The quickest reply to my search. Be prepared to answer calls or use emails. Great service.

We had a great L3 survey carried out by Dean at Davidson UK Services LTD. The communication was clear and we received a thorough report the same day as the survey was completed. Can't complain!
