These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

Great service

Found this really easy to use and the quotes were very reasonable. Two cheapest quotes contacted me directly and there were no hidden extras. Really happy with the service from the company I decided to use from this. Excellent communication.

Personal data shared with surveyors

I clicked on the website just to view the cost for an EPC and within minutes was bombarded with emails and calls to my mobile number from surveyors. How did they access my personal details?!

Give your details to everyone and your phone will be non stop. Had electricians turn up at my doorstep even though I didn't book them.

Very professional service.

Daljit came to do a domestic EP certificate assessment this morning. All this process was new to me since I last sold a home but he was helpful, careful and explained the process very well.
Would recommend AG site solutions.

Great service

Identified a lot of local surveyors with generally good reviews, and a range of prices and offerings. Also not bombarded with quotes and phone calls, unlike with a lot of sites - I have contacted the surveyors I'm interested in, rather than having them all phone me 15 times a day whilst I'm at work

Useful information but surveyors not all necessarily truly "local"

Generally quite satisfied with the information provided by Local Surveyors Direct. 5 companies were provided, although it seemed like only 2 were truly local to the area of interest - the others were several counties away, but presumably providing local surveyors(?). Spoke directly to surveyor of interest and got very useful feedback, so will be using them.

Avoid, unless you love spam calls and emails

I thought this was just a search engine to get quotes and contact details for me to choose a surveyor and engage with them further myself. But what actually happens is they sell your details to every single surveyor shown in the search who then continue pestering you via phone and email for many days. Exactly what I needed when already dealing with all the hassle of buying a flat 😑

I have had non stop emails and phone calls from companies and your web site said I would be contacting anyone I was interested in. Plus, they were all well over priced; I've found my own thank you for half the price
