An item was left out of the bag during an in-store purchase. L'Occitane arranged for it to be sent out to me within a couple of days instead. Great service.

I wrote to Customer Care about my disappointment with Almond Oil Shower wash going cloudy. I had an extremely quick and polite response and after providing a few more details Renata rapidly sent a reply and arranged for a full replacement to be sent. What excellent customer service - all resolved in two days. Thank you.

Excellent customer service! I encountered a small problem with a product and it was investigated and replaced instantly. I was extremely impressed by this company.

After a very prompt delivery, I found the cap of the shampoo to be cracked and broken. I wrote a short email and attached a photograph explaining the problem and my email was answered almost immediately telling me that it would be replaced. I can’t thank you enough for taking the hassle out of what could’ve been with some companies a nightmare. I have no hesitation in recommending you to my friends, because great customer service is the mark of a great company.

I had issues over codes and had to contact customer services . Bethany responded quickly and was both polite and kind but above all efficient. She sorted out my difficulties quickly without any fuss .her communications were timely and I received my order and birthday surprise together on the actual day . I was very happy .
The products are expense but do work and are worth the money as they are luxurious and last ages . I particularly like the oil shower wash and the nail and cuticle oil and the laburnum shower cream and the Shea butter hand cream and ………. !

I made a small order on line. A free cosmetic bag was supposed to be included, but it was not showing at check out. With no real expectation of even a reply, I emailed and received a reply within 24 hours saying they would send the cosmetic bag, express delivery. I was so impressed that such a big company would be bothered to respond and then send the bag.

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with L'OCCITANE and how they have dealt with my complaint. The company representative contacted me very quickly and asked about the circumstances of my complaint.
I felt that I was a customer who was important to them (one of many thousands, even more impressive).
I also receive a gift pack as an apology from L'OCCITANE. Thank you and see you soon.

I contacted the customer care team with feedback regarding an item purchased which on three occasions, has been faulty. The response from the customer care team was excellent; prompt, polite and professional. Advice was given to me as to how to possibly improve the problem and an offer to replace the faulty item was made. The staff member dealing with the issue was extremely helpful.

I spoke to a lovely store worker in the Birmingham station branch - she is doing a biology degree, I've forgotten her name! Anyway, please give this woman a raise, she was such a ray of sunshine, and thanks to her I've now found my new fave product. She also gave me a hand massage before my train to try the products, it was a real treat. I left the store beaming and will definitely be back

The customer service was excellent. I'd received my goods promptly but discovered that an item was incorrect. I emailed and within minutes I'd received a response and within 30 minutes the problem was resolved. Mishellina was great, responded and resolved. This is how customer service should be. Well done.

Annie at Westfield Stratford helped me pick out the most beautiful gift for my nan, she was more than willing to show me all the options I had and her recommendations felt so genuine that I know I made the right choices with her help. I bought a 150ml hand cream but the metal tube wasn't very good and soon the cream leaked everywhere. when I raised the issue, Musfika attended my request instantly and shipped me a new tub. Thanks you

A while back I was advised to use L'Occitane overnight reset by a good friend & almost on the first morning I noticed a difference.
I had just turned 50 & I was concerned I was aging faster than normal around the corners of my mouth & below my eyes, so every evening I started to use overnight reset before bed, & now I am definatly a fan. Although it does not get rid of very deep set wrinkles, it has really helped smooth my complexion & stopped new wrinkles & fine lines in their tracks. In fact I posted a picture of me on an online forum moaning about my eye bags & a commenter actually said "What winkles? I don't see any!" so this is a great testament for this product! For the record I have also tried the vastly expensive, elite Sisley, which did not work as well as my overnight reset.
While non of us can stop the ravages of time & wrinkles are a visable sign of this, reset has really helped this aging lady get her confidence back. Thank you L'Occitane en Provence!
