Helpful and easy to use website - I'll certainly use them again.
I've not used locks on line very much but, when I have, I have always found a good range of product with helpful information so that I can select the items I need from an easy to use website. This is why I come back to them. Next time I need locks or lock related items I'll be back!

Well made, just what I wanted and replaced the old one perfectly.
I was happy with the price and it arrived quickly.
What I did find most useful was the detailed line illustration with measurements meant I picked the right replacement.

Yes it did take a long time for the key cut request to be processed and delivered, with incorrect keys delivered at one time. When this was flagged to the staff, they immediately resolved this matter and delivered the correct keys as ordered! Thank you all for working hard to resolve this order.
