Extremely poor VVE beheer – stay away

This VVE beheer shows zero accountability. Issues are constantly delayed, pushed around, or simply ignored. You have to chase them repeatedly for even the smallest request, and nothing ever gets resolved in a reasonable timeframe.

Communication is another big problem: they don’t speak English, which is unacceptable in a country where international homeowners are extremely common. If you don’t speak Dutch fluently, expect frustration and misunderstandings.

Overall, this is a beheer that avoids responsibility, lacks professionalism, and wastes your time. If you value clear communication, timely action, and basic accountability, stay far away.
