Exceptional service from start to finish! Excellent first meeting with thorough and comprehensive explanations of the service and possible options. No pressure to commit, very balanced, experienced and supportive advice. I felt very comfortable that I would be recieving a first class service and the team didn't disappoint! The work was carried out efficiently, expertly and cleanly. I was left with a beautifully boarded, functional, safe and bright atic space with no trace of mess left behind. We recently had loft boarding and truss storage installed by Lofts Ins Space Ltd, and the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding.

From our first contact with Michael, the owner, we knew we were in the best hands. He was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and kind—answering all our questions with patience and clarity. His professionalism and genuine care for the project set the tone for everything that followed.

The work itself was carried out by Scott and Carl, and we honestly can't praise them enough. Working on two of the hottest days of the year, a Sauna would have felt cooler!
With my preferring a wood ladder, Scott went out of his way to ensure that they could safely install and went and brought back a slightly slimmer (mm) not that you can notice, that ticked all the boxes. Nothing was too much trouble. Their craftsmanship was exceptional—everything was installed with precision, care, and attention to detail. They worked quickly, efficiently, and with the utmost respect for our home. It’s rare to see such a perfect balance of technical skill and warm, friendly service.

Beyond the technical excellence, what really stood out was the ethics and attitude of the entire team. They were courteous, punctual, tidy, and an absolute pleasure to have around. There was a clear sense of pride in their work and a commitment to doing things properly.

The fitting team were faultless in terms of preparing and ensuring there would be no mess, communicating what they were doing throughout the day, showing what they had done and then clearing away. I recently had an installation done, and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. Getting the quote was incredibly easy and transparent, with all costs laid out up front, which I really appreciated.

On the day of installation, the team arrived on time and took the time to explain exactly what they would be doing. We are beyond impressed with LoftInsSpace and would recommend to anybody. We have recently downsized considerably, losing a garage and a home office and were looking for a storage solution. We can now use the loft every day, it is as easy as popping out to the garage.

The service was second to none. Michael was exceptionally polite, helpful and accomodating. He arrived on time and made many helpful suggestions about the space. He was able to show us an extensive catalogue of past work to model examples of suggested work. We recieved a quote during the initial visit and were shocked at the value for money. Michael was transparent about the price breakdown and detailed it all for us to consider over the next couple of days. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. On the contrary, Mike insisted that we think it over before committing. He expected no money before the work was completed and insisted on complete customer satisfaction before sending the invoice. The installers Adam and Elliot were a fab team. Adam explained the process and order of work, he was confident and knew what he was doing.

We had Michael visit for a free quote. He was extremely knowledgeable and discussed a few different options for our dreadful loft. He explained thoroughly what options we have and he didn't push us to spend more for the sake of it. He gave his honest opinion of boarding the main area first and then gave us ideas on how we can expand our storage further down the line when we're ready.
No deposits, no faff, we had an appointment booked and had excellent communication all the way through the process.

We had Scott and Carl carry out the work. They were exceptional and extremely friendly. They protected our stairs and carpet during the install. It was all done in remarkable time as they boarded, insulated, installed a new hatch and ladder, installed vents and installed a ladder in one day. We had a new hatch installed for easier access into the loft and their patching of the old hatch was very clean which means a little filler and paint means it'll look perfect.

We're extremely pleased with the work and will suggest them to anyone looking for any work done in their loft. Thanks again guys!

Couldn't be happier with the work completed by Loft Ins Space! I had a negative experience with another firm (Just Lofts) who were rude and threatening so was worried that all companies would be like that. However, Michael was the complete opposite and immediately put me at ease.

Michael was professional and thorough. He met with me to measure the attic and determine what I wanted. Then he explained our options in detail before making a bespoke option that suited our needs so that we had the best of both. At no point did Michael try to upsell us anything we didn't need which I really respected.

We received emails and text messages reminding us of the day we had been booked in for the work to be carried out which was really helpful. We even had a calendar invite which was a nice touch!

On the day, a team of four workers were sent to ensure that the work was completed quickly. They arrived promptly and laid coverings on the floor to ensure that everything was protected. They even made sure to keep the door shut so that or cats were safe! On the whole couldn't fault this team. They went above and beyond to do a brilliant job and cleaned up so well after themselves that you wouldn't even know they had been!

Excellent. Michael gave us a very clear and helpful quotation. They were able to undertake the work within a short time scale. Scott and his team cleared a filthy loft of all the old insulation and installed new insulation, a loft floor, and new loft ladder all within a day. Lovely chaps and very pleased with the job.

Couldn't be happier with the finished results, amazing job all around. Michael (the owner) came to do the survey himself, and rather than trying to upsell us, offered insightful comments about what would actually be needed, resulting in the job costing less while also providing what we needed. Also gave us a discount for being NHS workers too, so that was very much appreciated. The team that did the install were all professional and clearly knew their trade well. Was done in a much quicker time that I expected too.

Really pleased with the service and quality from Loft Ins Space.

Noticed they were doing some work locally and thought I’d try them for a quote as well as the usual national suspects when I was considering boarding the loft.

In the past I’ve boarded my own loft and whilst that is an option, the quality would be nowhere near what Scott and Carl from Loft Ins Space did. From Michael visiting for the initial quote there was never any pressure. He was able to fine tune the quote and installation to match what we needed and didn’t oversell extra storage that we wouldn’t use.

Work was carried out in around half a day and given we’ve just bought a new house with new carpets etc, I can’t rate Scott and Carl highly enough for the cleanliness and attention to detail.

We had a new loft hatch and ladder fitted, two lights and then a service area for safety and raised boarding. Joins are all neat and it looks really good. Almost a shame to fill it with all our “stuff”.
