Roof insulation and boarding of attic completed to a high standard. Good communication throughout from company with emails and text messages confirming installation date and time. Installation team arrived on time, kept me informed of progress and acted professionally.

Loft Ins Space provided a brilliant service. Easy to communicate with throughout. Very efficient and professional - a 3 person team managed to add a new loft opening with ladder and board/insulate our entire loft in a single day. Turned up on time, cleaned up well afterwards. Price was good value for the amount of storage space we have gained. Highly recommend.

Results are professional and exactly what I wanted. The boys worked so hard to get it done quickly and efficiently; I have so much more space for storage which will have added value to the flat. I used you guys again for a reason, so many thanks for 2 jobs well done. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic customer service from Michael, Stefan, Scott and the team. Scott knocked the door bang on 08:00 on the day of installation, incredibly punctual. They carried out the boarding of the central section of my loft and truss shelving. Scott showed me how the ladder worked and confirmed everything I had asked to be done had been completed. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything neat and tidy! If you looking to have your loft boarded, these are the guys to do it. 5 star 100% deserved! It has been an absolute pleasure working with Loft Ins Space. From the very first communication I had right up too Scott & Dom coming to complete the job. Your company is professionalism personified!! There are many businesses out there that could do with taking a look at how you operate and learn a thing or two.

Michael came to have a look at my loft and he was lovely, there was no pressure from him, he gave me the quote and all of the information and then left us to get in touch. We weren’t bombarded with calls or emails pressuring us in to booking. After a chat with my partner we decided to go ahead with the loft.
I contacted you and you were so easy to deal with, and you were kind enough to give us a discount for which I am ever so grateful.

We had your electrical contractor come out to us who were great. Turned up on time, we’re polite, efficient, and even fixed a bedroom light fitting for me while they were here. Amazing service.

Then Scott & Dom came on the Monday morning, again on time and I have to say they were absolutely amazing. So polite and friendly. They worked their socks off all day and barely stopped. They went over and above what I expected and made sure the job was completed to a standard I never expected. What a duo, they are a credit to your company.

To say we are happy is an understatement. From start to finish working with you has been amazing and I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

This company has really set the bar incredibly high. We have had lots of work done to our house by people we were pleased with but Loft Ins Space have totally knocked spots off them. Our initial contact with Michael and Stefan was great - professional, clear and courteous. Stefan kept us informed throughout as to progress and was very accommodating with installation times. On installation day, Craig, Dom and Scott arrived exactly when they said they would. They carried out the job professionally and communicated everything they would do very clearly. The guys were also very respectful of the house and tidied up really well. We are very happy with the level of workmanship - the finished product has exceeded expectations. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. First class and many other tradespeople and service providers would do well to be as professional as Loft Ins Space are.

Very impressed with Loft Ins space from start to finish . Stefan on the phone was very polite , professional and knowledgeable always friendly and approachable Stefan answered every question I presented him with . Michael was very professional and clear with all the information concerning the quote he very kindly gave me NHS discount also which I was very pleased with, he was also very approachable and informative. Scot who came to fit the loft out was on time , clean and tidy left no mess at all and covered my new stair carpet with a heavy duty dust sheet so protecting the carpet all the way up the stairs and the landing which I was relieved about . Scot was quiet when he worked and his workmanship was excellent ! We were over the moon with the result and definitely will recommend this company to friends and family . I am even considering added on to the storage area at a later date .

Loft-ins-space did a lovely job of insulating and flooring part of my loft. The team were very friendly and had great communication throughout. It was a small job but I didn’t feel any pressure at any point to go for a larger area or get items I didn’t want (eg a new ladder). I definitely recommend these guys :)

We are very pleased with our new loft boarding. The guidance we received from Michael, Stefan and, on the day, Scott, was spot on as we were unsure what our needs in terms of safety platforms and balustrades would be. Their experience was invaluable in helping us to make the best use of our available space and thinking through what our needs will be as we get older. Their communication customer service is excellent and Scott and Dominic worked incredibly hard to do a first class installation. Many thanks for going above and beyond when solving problems. It is rare to find a company with this level of customer care.

From start to finish a first class service clearly defined and priced. Once you register your interest Stefan will explain the next steps and provide lots of information regarding the options for work that can be carried out.
Then, the next step is Mike conducting a survey and setting out options that you can consider regarding the work you wish carried out and talking you through the cost involved. He will stress the companies ethos which is to ensure that they deliver great customer satisfaction as that is seen as the key to building success. I have to say from my experience, that is something that they achieve in practice.
On the day of the installation, the team of Carl and Dan arrived and carried out the work. They were both friendly, courteous and professional and talked us through the practical aspects of the installation and when we asked questions were more than happy to be flexible in how they work to accommodate our wishes.
We are very happy with the work and would certainly recommend them if you are thinking about how to create space and access to your loft area they will provide you with a great service and high standard of installation.

From start to finish these guys have been amazing from everyone down to Stefan, Michael, Scott and the two Carls. Their customer service has been fantastic and the work completed was top quality. What a fantastic service provided by these guys. From the initial meeting with Michael and the organisational skills of Stefan , the whole process has been seamless. On the day , the fitters Carl and Dan were professional and courteous at all times. The quality of their work was second to none and surpassed my expectations.

Brilliant company and workmanship. Highly recommend

I was recommended these by a friend and enquired to have a quote after seeing their work on Insta. Stefan went through all of the details and he was very helpful, and the manager came to give me a quote. The company has been such a pleasure to deal with, being a single lass not once did I feel uneasy about anything. They have an all round great team and you can see they want to make the customer have a satisfied service and installation. I would highly recommend and have already passed on their details to two of my friends!
