I was recommended these by a friend and enquired to have a quote after seeing their work on Insta. Stefan went through all of the details and he was very helpful, and the manager came to give me a quote. The company has been such a pleasure to deal with, being a single lass not once did I feel uneasy about anything. They have an all round great team and you can see they want to make the customer have a satisfied service and installation. I would highly recommend and have already passed on their details to two of my friends!

Workers very clean, tidy, friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend Loft in Space Ltd . From the initial phone call where Stefan went through all our options . Sending pictures via WhatsApp to help us understand. The surveying (sorry I can’t remember the guys name) was fab. Finally Dan and Carl installing the boarding . Particularly well down to Dan who carried out his first hatch replacement to a high standard. The work was carried out timely and to a professional standard. Also thank you to the electrician who made the process seamless. Thanks once again .

We had a loft installation today from the guys over at Loft In Space. I really can't praise them enough. From the first message I sent enquiring about their service, they have been nothing short of amazing. Every person we spoke to and dealt with was so polite and helpful.

We had our Quote from Michael who was so helpful and listened to us with what we were looking for. The workers we had today were Carl, Scott and Daniel and I really can't praise them enough. They were polite, respectful, tidy and so helpful. Once they had finished the installation, they showed us and made sure we were happy and asked if they could do anything else for us while they were there. They left the place spotless and did such a good job with the installation.

Really great guys and a really great service. Will definitely be recommending them.

The service received from Loft Ins Space was professional from beginning to end!
Stefan provided extremely information from the first time we spoke right through the process. We then had a visit from the surveyor who was again extremely professional and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable about what we were having done and explained thoroughly how the installation would happen.
Finally the fitters Scott and Carl were highly professional and were very approachable and completed the job well on time and cleaned up afterwards.

Really impressed with the work completed today by Scott and Karl. Turned up and got to work straight away, kept us updated throughout the day and the finished job was to a very high standard.

Even the consultation was a great experience with everything explained clearly, no pressure and all our questions answered.

From the initial phone call from Stefan, responding to my online enquiry, to the completion of the loft project - I can not fault the service provided. The whole process has been very professional, whilst also being remaining personal. The work carried out is to an excellent standard and we know have a loft storage area that is perfect - providing us with a organised and workable space, some of which is built raised above recently installed very thick loft insulation. Would highly recommend.

Scott & the team went out of their way to make sure everything about the installation and the aftercare was perfect.
it even involved coming around on a Sunday to fix a problem that turned out was caused by them .

the system itself looks and feels great, they even put some additional timber in to make climbing over our trusses eaiser.

I cannot recommend nor praise Loft Ins Space highly enough. Stefan provided the absolute highest quality of service, professional, friendly, expert and efficient. Every step of the process was easily arranged and conducted with knowledge, quality and was truly industry leading. The quote was comprehensive and reasonable. Installation times were very good by comparison, all communication was timely, personable and accurate. A few elements of the quote could not be completed, the installation team assessed the situation and provided alternatives quickly, re-quoting was quick to follow and with a policy of no upfront charges, payment on satisfactory completion we couldn't have asked for better.

We’re really pleased with the work Loft Ins Space did for us
They put in a boarding system suitable for new build properties, that doesn’t invalidate the warranty on the house, and a ladder.
The boarding is great with battening around the edges to help stop anything sliding off of the boarded platform and although the entrance into the loft is a bit of a tight squeeze I think that’s more of a limitation of our existing loft hatch and the way the platform has to be 30 CM higher than the joists.
From our initial conversation through to the quote and installation Stefan in the office, Michael who quoted and the team who installed the Loft have been really easy to work with. It’s quite evident that they take quite a lot of pride in what they do, and their customer service experience has been great.
The team that came and did the installation were friendly and took a lot of care to keep tidy, laying sheeting wherever they needed to go, cleaning up once they had finished and wiping around all the work areas.
Given they were here for nearly a day doing the install and the cost of materials the price charged was fair, our budget didn’t stretch to lighting. There are probably cheaper ways of having a loft boarded but Loft Ins Space gave us confidence that they knew what they were doing and that the system they installed was done correctly and was the right one for our house.
In short getting the loft boarded was easy from start to finish and we now have a good amount of storage space.

The surveyor turned up at the agreed time. The survey lasted about 20 mins. I was explained the options for the loft and there was no hard sell of pressure. I was given a verbal quotation and this was followed by an itemised quotation the following day. After reviewing the itemised quote I made a slight change and managed to reduce the cost slightly. For me it’s important to have this level of detail. I was very happy with the quote and decide to have the centre loft space boarded and shelving on the sides. Although I was worried I should have had the whole flooring done, it turns out this is plenty of space.

The job was completed in a day and the workmen were very professional. I had a courtesy email after to check I was happy with the work.

It’s now very easy and safe to go in the loft. I would recommend.
