From the start of speaking with Loft Ins Space, they were very open and honest about the service, making sure not to oversell on what we needed and gave good advice regarding our available space.
Very reasonable price and a fast turnaround from receiving the quote to getting the job booked in.
The boys who turned up to do the fitting were great, very tidy and worked efficiently, getting the job done quickly and cleanly. Very professional and friendly from start to finish.
Really happy with the finished product and would definitely recommend to others.

I can’t thank the team at loft ins space ltd enough for the work they completed for us today in our attic. Every stage of the process, from our initial enquiry, to meeting Michael and discussing the work, and finally the gentlemen who attended to actually complete the work, it was all so professional, friendly, and amazing value. We are beyond delighted with the quality and cleanliness of the work, it has created such a large space for us, and the finish looks fantastic. Price was very reasonable, and the experience we had was 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this company and all of the team.

What a wonderful company! From the initial meeting with Michael right through to the finished product they were professional, friendly and did an amazing job! On the day they arrived when they said they would, All 4 of the team were introduced by name which was a lovely touch! They were considerate laying dust sheets as the went upstairs, ensuring the animals were safe by keeping the gates shut and very polite. The space is amazing, they created a new hatch and installed a sturdy and safe ladder! I am over the moon with the work done and the attention to safety included in it. It was a pleasure to serve the team tea and cake as they worked tirelessly to have the job complete in the same day and even wiped all surfaces and hoovered the floors and carpets as they left. I would recommend these to anyone looking for loft boarding they were ace!

We had flooring installed in our attic and the hatch enlarged with a ladder for access. We had a text message to advise the workmen were on their way. They arrived on time and worked non-stop. They were really polite and tidied up as they went along. They demonstrated how to open the hatch and access the attic using the ladder and how to close it up. We are extremely pleased with the finish and the price. We had a follow up call the next day to check we were happy to be sent the invoice. We would recommend Loft Ins Space to anyone looking for professional, reliable, good value, quality workmanship

Great service. Made the whole process super easy.
We didn't have access to our attic space and wanted to create an area to store stuff that we don't need all the time. From the survey, to the installation and fitting of the light to tidying up after themselves it was ALL excellent. Really pleased and would recommend this service.

Just had my loft boarded. Really pleased with the results.
The team are excellent, no pushy sales pitch, they get you booked in as quickly as possible and the work is fantastic.
They also left the place spotless, hoovered everywhere and wiped down any surface they may have come in contact with.
Very polite and respectful guys as well.

The Loft Installation was was of a very high standard and professional, the team were really tidy and talked me through every step of the way and left my apartment to a very high standard. If you are looking for more space and to totally optimize your loft space I would recommend Loft Ins Space Ltd.

Very impressed! Our loft hatch and ladder installation was completed to a very high standard in just a few hours with no mess left behind. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Today, we have had our loft boarded out and a new access hatch put in. Today, in 30° heat outside... It's genuinely like an oven when you head up there.

And I cannot speak highly enough of the workmen, from their consideration, their craftsmanship, their attention to detail. Also the speed of the overall service has been outstanding. I think I initially reached out with a query about 2 ½ weeks ago, and today they have done the whole job in one day.

First class service from start to finish. From Michael’s inspection visit where he advised of the most suitable solution through to completion of the work. Scott and Cameron were superb fitting the boards, the quality of the work was exceptional. Most definitely a recommend! 5⭐️

Just had loft flooring & new loft hatch with wooden ladder, the team arrived on time, were polite & informative. They did a great job, laid dust sheets & thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, I highly recommend Loft Ins Space, thank you guys!

We decided it would be nice to have a lot more storage space in the house, the easiest way to do that was to floor the loft. A call to Loft Ins Space resulted in Michael coming to the house 48 hours later. Michael provided great advice and a quote was produced and discussed in detail within 30 mins of him arriving. We decided to floor 1/2 the loft, about 30 sqm, as well as increasing the insulation, relocating the access hatch, a new access ladder and adding LED lighting. Within 72 hours of agreeing the quote the job was complete and my loft transformed. The job was done in a day - no mess, very little disruption and they even wiped down all the surfaces they’d been in contact with before leaving. Michael, Scott and Cameron are true professionals, taking pride in their work and their business.

Michael and his team truly take pride in what they do, and they do it well. They were extremely accommodating, creating a smooth experience, and a loft space with a great finish. They really thought about all the small details for ease of use. Finding true professionals can be really hard and I would highly recommend Michael and his team!!

Loft Ins Space fitted a loft boarding system in a particularly difficult loft as we were having issues with the previously fitted boards and other suppliers were unable to help. Mike was highly responsive in arranging a quote which was well laid out with no hidden extras and was competitive. Scott and the fitting team were a pleasure to have in the house - friendly, reliable and meticulously tidy. They even tolerated 2 extremely curious cats and equally interested kids! Highly recommended.

I rarely write reviews but when you find a company that does exactly what it says, it certainly deserves one. Michael came to our house to give us a quote for enlarging the loft hatch, supplying and installing a loft ladder, removing old insulation and installing new insulation and a loft floor. I was impressed by both his professionalism and attention to detail, and this gave me confidence to place an order with his company. Michael then got in touch to arrange a convenient time and kept us informed of every detail. When the team arrived everything was protected by dust sheets and the work carried out with the minimum of inconvenience. Once completed Michael made sure that I was completely happy with the work, which was done to a high standard and completed in one day. Then before leaving they made sure that they left the place, clean, tidy and wiped down with bacterial wipes, making sure they followed COVID regulations throughout all aspects of the work. Really impressed with Loft Ins Space from start to finish. Great quote price and work carried out to a very high standard. They were very friendly and respectful of COVID requirements and cleaned and hooved up after themselves. They went the extra mile to add extra things I wanted and some that I hadn’t thought of, many of which they didn’t charge for. I highly recommend them.

We were delighted with the job that we had done from Loft Ins Space. They boarded the entire attic in one day. We also opted to have two led lights and power socket up there which has been really handy. Very pleased. They were punctual and worked solidly throughout the time at the house.
