I ordered dermalogica products from here last month and have still not received them. Every time I phone to chase up the whereabouts of the parcel I am told it is in transit and I should receive it. I have spent a significant amount of money on the products. Absolutely horrible experience. Never buying from this website again!

I placed an order on the 22nd of July for 3 items I needed delivered by the 30th of July, which were due to be sent with 48-hour tracked shipping through Royal Mail. Unfortunately, the company failed to get these to Royal Mail until Monday July 29th, so they did not reach me in time before my business trip. Absolutely awful service, especially when I notified the company on the 26th of July via email about this deadline and they did not choose to send the items by overnight or next-day delivery when you had failed to ship them in a reasonable amount of time. My first time using this company and I will absolutely never purchase from this company again.

This is my first purchase from Logicalbeauty. My choice was made by the price as it was considerably cheaper than other retailers. Delivery took about a week. Website was easy to use.
