I ordered eye serum from Logical Beauty, but put the wrong house no. on. The house no. does not exist. I contacted Logical Beauty, unfortunately after the product had been despatched and let them know of my error. Royal Mail returned the item to them and they promptly sent my eye cream to the right address without any further charge to myself. Sophie, whom I dealt with, was very kind and very prompt in her replies.

Recently I bought 2 items before reading the most recent review. Based on this I thought I made a mistake and will never see my creams. I placed order on Thursday and received order dispatch notification on the following Monday. I received the parcel a couple of days later. Then I placed another order and realised I made a mistake, I ordered an incorrect item - I emailed them immediately asking to cancel the order and received order cancellation email promptly. Now I placed the correct order and this arrived a few days later. All in all - a perfect experience.

I paid for two items and received one. Despite sending emails there has been no response for nearly one week. Not happy.
