Good prices, free delivery, what's not to like? An excellent service.

Ordered this product for my daughter she was pleased with the product arrived on time although the package was badly crushed by the postman pushing it through the letter box but it did not damage the product.

Have been dealing with Logical Beauty for years they offer the best price. It is true that at times it takes rather a long time to arrive but it always does. I think it would be wise for them to look into what causes the delays. During the lockdown my order arrived by return . I had a £50 token for a facial with my last order which was great but would rather not have the little packets as I hate throwing them away but don’t use them!

Have used before and would probably use again. Competitive price for the Dermalogica product I buy. The item always seems to take a while to arrive and although I don't want to be a worry wart on both occasions I have had to email to make sure it's been despatched. On one of the times it hadn't so they sent out again and it arrived quickly with no fuss. Don't leave it till you're about to run out is all I can say but other than that, fine.

I have been buying Dermalogica from Logical Beauty for a few years now. They are the only place I would shop for these products. Their customer service is outstanding too. I won't buy Dermalogica from anywhere else. Very happy with every purchase. Thank you Logical Beauty

I ordered two Dermalogica products at a good price for my wife. Items arrived within a week along with two surprise products! My wife is really pleased she’s found this site

Ordered £100 worth of products on 23 may. Still not arrived. I emailed to ask where it was to be told still in their depot! Someone was meant to contact me to update on the dispatch status and no contact since.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Will never order from this company again!

18th June- my emails have all been ignored and I have had to escalate this claim to PayPal resolution. Do not use this company!!

Similar to another recent post I ordered a dermalogica product, on arrival it was unsealed, the lid was unscrewed and the product had leaked. I was promised a new product and that a returns envelope would be provided, I was told it would be put in the post the following day. Several weeks later this has not arrived and I have had no response from two follow up emails I have sent over the past two weeks.

Update: This has now been resolved by the company

Awesome Dermalogica website. Never fail to deliver on good time with loads of samples. Thank you. Customer service enquiries are always answered and very helpful. I think the last reviewer is a troll as have been buying for years and had lovely conversations with them and been given the best advice.

I have used logical beauty several times over the last year after finding them at the end of 2019.. they dispatch quickly, delivery can take a few days but that is out of their hands.. the customer service is excellent and very responsive!.. I use them also for their very competitive prices and it’s always fab to receive a little sample extra in your parcel!..My go to place for all of my Dermalogica purchases!
