Fast delivery and exceptional service, especially impressive during this crisis. I also received some great personal advice on my purchase and glad I listened to the advice. My skin has never looked as good and my red skin is actually getting better, thank you! Very pleased with the generous samples. This will ensure I return.

Buyer Beware! This is a bad service. I was sent the wrong product and had a major fight trying to get my money back. The owner (looks like a one man band in Newark) eventually came back to me after I complained to Paypal. He said his product images didn't have to be accurate! Do yourself a favour and shop with reputable dealers.

I have been buying from Logical Beauty for many years now. Although the deliveries sometimes take a while I have aways been very happy with the service and especially the fact that I always received a few samples to try. This time I didn't receive any samples. I presume they forgot but as a customer that can make the difference between ordering and not ordering from you next time.

Issued false dispatch info, advertised delivery within 5 working days. I fully understand the situation with covid19 at the moment but if you can’t handle your orders then be honest and don’t set your customers up for disappointment. Delivery date keeps being moved. Selective email responses. Use another supplier instead. All my negative comments on their posts have been deleted to keep up their facade.

1st time using this company, delivery was very prompt,a lovely email to keep me informed of the progress of my product ,on receipt of my dermalogica ,I also received some free samples. I would highly recommend Logical Beauty and look forward to using them again

Logical beauty are writing a reply 2hours ago today on my review which I had an issue with 8-9months ago and posted. How strange. And NOOOOO I didn’t want 2 items for that price actually. I don’t understand why you are making stories up. If you don’t know what happened don’t just write stuff on the reply of my review. Your site is dodgy and you just don’t want people to see the actual truth about this.
