I have not yet completed this course - I have been replaying the videos that I have completed because I feel the the content is so critical. I am fairly new to Javascript/React and this course is a BIG-TIME confidence builder, rich with clear and concise learnings on a successful approach to testing software, and SO MUCH MORE. This course provides a purpose for HOW an application should be set up (the architecture) and WHY!!! I now see a path for setting up my applications so that they can be tested thouroughly and without the need to completely re-write the tests when the application grows/changes. It is clear that the tests are extremely accurate (no false positives), and it's actually enjoyable to write tests! Hats off to Pete Heard from LogicRoom for spending a good chunk of his life figuring this out for the rest of us. Can't wait to finish the course and utilize all of the new approaches.

Having used this architecture in production along with completing the course has given me insight of what of a well structured application is and aslo a shared understanding within the team of how to build a scaleable app.

Using the tools from this course means that you can with confidence introduce this concept to your colleagues knowing the core foundation behind it.

The course itself is structured within separate modules which makes it easy to sit down and complete them when you have the time. It is also integrated with slack (the main course communication channel) which gives you feedback related to the progress.

There is also a great community where you are free to ask questions if you get stuck.

This is an excellent course. I’m halfway through it and have really enjoyed it. Pete really helped me get some of the architectural concepts and techniques. The course is really hands on, so you will built your skill and understanding of the concepts.

I recommend frontend developers take this course to up their game in developing well architected web applications.

Excellent course so far. Pete helps to clarify the distinctions between different categories of javascript components (using component in a generalized term here) and explain where they belong, in what flow and why. We dive into creating an observer class from scratch (no worries for anyone reading this; we are still using hooks) in the second module to elucidate the logic of this pattern which is common to all reactive javascript frameworks (eg for app state management in mobx, redux and in the React.useState hook). That's all i've got for now, but it's already worth the price of admission and i've only completed a fraction of the course. thanks

The context. I'm responsible for many different developers in several projects, in a small dev company.

I face issues with logic and testing every freaking day. And I was desperately seeking for a way to implement TDD in a way that doesn't ruin team velocity. This course definitely teaches a way out - though it probably takes time to implement everything. Great implementation of Uncle Bob's "Clean Architecture" to modern frontend world.

I took Logic Room's UI Architecture Academy course and I have been very happy with it. I'm half way through currently and have found the concepts to be immediately applicable to my work. The content is presented such that it is easy to understand and keeps you engaged with the exercises. I would highly recommend it for engineers looking to level up their testing and architecture skills.

This course is incredible - nothing quite like it out there. It really peels back the underlying architecture of UI apps.

Stop being a framework de jour fanboy. Stop just using the examples and thinking "hey it works". Start understanding clean thought through testable scalable architecture with LogicRoom.

As a member of the UI architecture course I highly recommend the Logic Room as a great place to learn how to create a solid architecture that is really easy to test. In the course, Pete shows a completely different approach to developing UI architecture than framework standards. It's definitely a view worth considering and learning if you are developing a JavaScript app.

I have been doing UI Architect program at logic room. This the best course for any UI developer who aims to have bird's eye view and think out of the box to build a robust JS application via TTD.
