I wanted to return a product I bought online. I filled out the online contact form for this, and I received an automated message saying you would contact me soon, but I haven't heard from you.
I then sent two different e-mails to your Belgian customer service, but they never answered either.
UPDATE 30/4/2024: the company contacted me in february 2024 (almost three months after the initial review!) via a private message, to request additional info (see also hereunder). I immediately provided them with the requested information, but after that, I never heard from them again.
So they make it appear here as if they answer and try to solve the problem, but in reality, they still haven't.
