Transmission is very slow but the service itself is very expensive. We are considering to terminate our usage of logmein.

LMI works and has worked for years

LMI works and has worked for years. I service two remote seasonal offices and over 1200 clients during the off season using Log Me In. As long as the remote computers remain powered I work as if I were present in that office.

Best tech support and reliability.

I've been using Logmein Pro for many years and it has been and remains to be very reliable. I work remotely from many locations and Logmein allows me to do that 24/7. I love that I can logon at any time of day without having to have clients on the other end "let" me in with a code or such...and that I can print locally or remotely. I've only needed tech support 2 or 3 times and they are always just the best! Knowledgeable, kind, and go above and beyond to solve my issues.

Away from Office

While I am away from home on trips, I can still communicate with my desktop at work. This helps me keep up and stay on track with my business.

The price is high for the value

The price is high for the value. There should also be better tiers for the number of machines under management.

GoTo is constantly introducing new features as modules you have to pay for rather than feature enhancements.

The Rescue product should be rolled into Central given the price.

The remote link from any computer or phone allows me to monitor my weather station, cameras, and even my freezer two hundred miles away. It’s almost like having someone there. It also lets me know if the power has gone out that I may prevent food spoilage. It’s not a business use however and I wish it were less expensive.
