This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have not given me my logo revisions, they have not replied to any of my messages or phonecalls. They have also not refunded my money within 21 days as promised. Utter scam. Avoid at all costs. I shall be letting every professional body possible know about this - they need to be shut down immediately.

-100 STARS FOR THIS COMPANY .. Utter Waste of Space , time and Money , Still awaiting on promised refund.... Angry that I was taken in by them , especially after they phoned me from deepest darkest Bristol with a time delay on the line and an american accent ... HOW RUDE, cant even be truthful as to where they are based !! GRRRR !

Shocking.. designs awful so asked for refund - they said 21 days - it has been over 6 weeks calling 1-2 times a week and still no refund!

AVOID AT ALL COST. I NEVER and I mean NEVER leave reviews normally unless they are REALLY bad. I made myself sign up for this one.

They took my money gave me a few revisions and then went "sorry our management have not paid us so we will no longer work" Then refused to give me a refund?! Chased them for a whole month before I went straight to my bank and did a direct debit dispute to get my money back. Which thankfully I did as my bank saw all the emails of me trying to get through.

GET YOUR MONEY BACK VIA a DEBIT CARD DISPUTE! Very shocked at their behaviour. I only wished I read these reviews first.

This is a terribly dishonest company that after looking at all the many many unfavorable reviews not only on this site but others, it is astounding how it is being allowed to operate. Designs are childlike and completely sub par, just there I think to meet the bare minimum that they provide a service. Of course once revisions are asked for the communication flow dries. And the refund offer - well they tell you come back in 21 days. After which they stop all communication

I think the general strategy of this company (and it appears to be a successful one given how long it has been doing this) is that people get so annoyed at the non-response they go away.

The question is not simply one of complaining but how can we stop this company from defrauding others?

My history is similar to anyone who published their review here.I had paid them £60 by card for my logo design order on September 2017 .Today is 10th November 2017 and I still have nothing.I made the phone call last week and their assistant had promised my logo would be ready within 24-48 hours after my call.I still have nothing.I also had sent them the email at the beginning of this week but no any feed back,and today sent another email to director Thomas O'Driscoll . Awaiting.After couple of hours I got back my email that "Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered because the address couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again."

Then I made my own investigation.I went to The Companies House website and try to find the company with the name Logo Design Guarantee ,and address Hithercroft Rd, Wallingford, Oxfordshire, OX10 9EZ what I had found on their website or similar.And found very interesting details.

At the Companies House website I found the company with name LOGO LOFT LTD .That is Private Limited Company,Nature of Business (SIC) 74100 - Specialised design activities, Company Number is 11036058 was incorporated 27 October 2017 ,registered office address is 53 Fir Tree Avenue, Wallingford, Oxon, United Kingdom, OX10 0PD,and the director's name is Rosina O'DRISCOLL.The company and the director are active on The Companies House website.If you will looking to Logo Design Guarantee director's name ,that is Thomas O'DRISCOLL.

That making me thinking two ways .Firstly,the Logo Design Guarantee is fake company or other think,that is family business. They are trying avoiding to pay taxes and re-branded the company.They put the company under new management with new name and new director.

My conclusion is,despite,I also lost my money,that would be a lesson for me and for everyone too,but before making any payment check if the company has been registered.

LOGOS ARE NOT CUSTOM JUST DOWNLOADED FROM THE NET AND YOU WONT HAVE ANY RIGHT FOR THEM. ALSO WITH REFUND I HAD TO CONTACT BANK AND LOCAL POLICE STATION AS THEIR FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT COULD NOT REFUND ME WITHIN 2 MONTHS..... SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM...

Complete FRAUDS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They clearly ARE NOT UK BASED as they pretend to be. Their phone lines are hardly answered, the email support form is never answered, the online live chat is almost never available.
They send a handful of basic clip-art type images, completely ignoring design brief provided.
There is no "Copywrite certificate" provided.
There is no "project manager" and probably aren't 6 designers working exclusively on the project.
The money back guarantee is a lie and a not anything - they simply don't honour it. I had several B/S responses about a 3 week wait for their accounts department to process refund. Then had a few worthless designs sent and final files sent without my agreement. Only half of the elements of the package were ever delivered.
Once I told them i'm no interested in paying extra for their website design service they stop answering my complaints about logo design / stationary / etc. completely - won't discuss by phone, won't answer emails, won't respond on webchat.

Complete con artists! I asked them to make a logo 3 years ago which they did a decent job of. I then set up a website with them. Their service was not fantastic but I hardly used the website so I didn't have much reason to complain.

In lateJuly this year i received an email that I would need to start paying a monthly hosting fee or the website would be taken down. The alternative was that I paid around £100-150 for them to hold my files for a year. As i didnt use the website i opted for this. When I called them I was given a "deal" to keep my website live for £44 for the year and that would give me time to sort out what I wanted to do. I asked numerous times whether this fee would cover the year and was told it would. THEY HAVE SINCE BEEN TAKING THIS AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT MONTHLY AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS. Complete and utter fraudsters I am truly disgusted. Clearly loyalty means nothing to them. Real shame.

Was sent final logo design without confirming I wanted this. Multiple emails ignored and after phoning they refused to do a small alteration as they said design had been finalised already, despite their website saying unlimited alterations.

DON'T USE THEM.
I chose to cancel the logo procedure before any final design as days and days went by after I sent in my revision request notes, but nobody replied. It is now 30 days since I requested a refund and despite 2 live chats, a phone call and about 5 reminder emails sent to them, NO REFUND. I think this company is a total scam. While it has the Paypal logo displayed, I was unable to pay that way so had to use my debit card. This of course makes getting money back extremely difficult. I've filed a chargeback with the bank, which in itself was a big hassle. Total nightmare, STEER CLEAR

Now into the second week of creating a simple 10-stroke, single-color logo. It's been excruciating. Extremely hard to get a response and it is barely in English. Needless to say their work is crap.

Giving one star is also not advisable. They sent me logos of AUDI and Olympics to use. I asked for a refund, and it has been more than 22 working days, and no money has been refunded. The guy James who I spoke to had promised me money back in 20 working days. My order no is: 99281

I wish I had read the reviews first. This is a total scam. My money went to waste. I am planning on reporting this company to the police for cyber scam.

Paid my money a month ago. Still no logo despite regular calls. Absolutely no effort to do the job. A complete joke. I wish I'd read thes reviews beforehand. Refund? I shall visit in person until they pay up.

If your lucky enough to review this company before parting with money - well done and just don't bother. Unfortunately I didn't review company well enough. 6 hour guarantee does not happen. week later, I received sub-standard logos which I could of done myself as a novice. I asked them to change it and changed wrong one. then I cancelled and was told, in line with T&c's refund would take 28 days (even though they didn't deliver within 6 hours). I waited and spoke to Livechat again (note livechat may not reply to any comments for 10 mins or longer after each line typed), only to be told if was with finance department. I waited another 28 days and told once again, it is escalated to finance department. Guess this is the end of the road now. AVOID!!
