never got refund and waiting whole month for designs. really bad, stay far away. complete waste of time.

very very bad do not use this company honestly i cant stress how bad they are. designs where awfull did not stick to there 6hr promise. infact i got 1 revision in 2 weeks.
the when i asked for a refund they just keeped appoliging and saying they would action it. but the nothing.
i dont understand how a company like this are still allowed to operate.

also there whole site is a lie the dont use uk based designer there in india

This is a totally useless company. Do NOT use them. All false promises, zero delivery. My last post to them after begging to get the artwork of them was:
"Your company is the most useless company I have come across. Two months of trying to get the artwork of the logo designs I paid for and nothing but false promises. I will now publicise my experience across as many platforms as I can find You have had plenty of chance to correct the situation. I insist you pay me back the money. I have now found an alternative provider. You have created a very angry customer."
Companies like these do not deserve to exist.

Terrible...keep away. You can do better yourself. I gave not received and revisions..ignoring emails...just one big headache and waste of money and time.

Writing this to warn customers who are thinking of getting their service and those who are planning to work for them... I was one of the designers of this company until I realized that the company is a scam, so I resigned (and other designers, too). They are scammers for a lot of reasons. 1. They tell on the site that the designers are from USA, but NO, we're from ASIA. 2. They tell on the site that 3 designers work on one order, but NO, ONLY 1 IN 6HRS (Only 9 designers, 3 in each shift, work on orders plus unlimited revisions everyday) . 3. They tell us (designers) they will pay us twice a month but never did, wages are always 1-2 weeks delayed. So we only receive half of what's promised we'll receive a month. 4. They haven't given us the last wage I, and others who have resigned, have worked for. They even asked us to continue working on revisions (without pay!) after we have resigned. And recently threatened they'll not give it to us because they said we keep on bothering them about it.

This company is like a factory who demands you to work harder than you are already doing, to get them more sales, but don't give its employees a proper compensation. In short, THEY TREAT US LIKE ROBOTS. No value to its employees and customers. Therefore, I believe this company will never succeed. I will just let karma do its thing.

Deffo scam. Tell tail is fact that PayPal links have been revoked. Despite PayPal logos on their website, no PayPal option at checkout.

UK address and co.uk implies they are legit UK based, they are not!

We successfully had one logo done for us by these people, we went back 2 years later to change our logo. We paid a further £20+ and the revisions they came back with were useless, no notice taken of our requests. I've since been trying to contact them since April but have heard nothing back and they have removed our revised logos from the client panel. Really disappointed. They rip you off!

Even though I was one of the lucky ones by all accounts the service is a SCAM
I believe I was lucky due to the fact I only wanted a simple logo, which I received the final files for. But it took ages to get there. The 'designers' didn't really listen to my requests and when it came to sending out the business cards that's when I discovered it was a scam. I've had to go elsewhere for my cards to be printed, costing me extra and with hours wasted on the 'chat', phone and emails to find its just automated answers. No support at all. Please don't waste your money.
The only truly benifit of this story, is the discovery of 'Trustpilot'. If only I knew about them prior to throwing my money at an absolute scumbag of a company.

My three year old could design better logos!!
Been waiting on a refund for over a month, keep telling me that the financial department are dealing with it, certain I'll never see my refund. Scammers!!! Avoid!!!!!

SCAM. Logos incorrect from offset. Refund has been in process for over a month. Order Number: 95169.

This is a 'company' based in the Indian Sub-continent operating to extract money on false pretences. It may well be a one-man operation, that man being Manju Thapa, aka Kimberley Turner. The only guarantee is that you will not get your money back! I tried unsuccessfully for 3 months.

My logos were plagiarised - one of my 6 designs supplied was even a registered trade mark from another company! - and my design brief was totally ignored. I asked for a re-design but was ignored. No response at all.

When I called the contact number, there was only a permanent recorded message and each time I visited the chat room - which I did frequently, out of curiosity in the end - I almost died of loneliness as I was the only person there! The chat is not manned either - just a couple of standard messages, but they never got back to me.

I did get responses to my emails from the mythical Kimberley Turner, but soon realised they were a series of standard holding replies and when I got to the end of the series, I then got the first one again and was sent through the full repertoire all over again.

I wrote to their full list of around 30 mythical designers, all reassuringly listed with email addresses on the website. They don't exist either!
This operation will cheat you. It sells itself on a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied, but a refund is something you will never get.

Don't touch with a bargepole - the only guarantee here is that you will lose your money.

Initial logo design was decent but project was abandoned. After a month of trying to get my final project files, I logged in to see that all of my samples have been deleted. They took my money... and they gave me nothing in return. There is no way to contact them other than email or voice mails which go unanswered.

They build us a website which took 3 months instead of the initial 2 weeks they promise on their site. Paid over £1000 for an eCommerce Website. They were hosting site but then our website went down all of a sudden 3 weeks ago without an explanation from them. The company appear to have gone bust in May even though their website is still up.

We have since sent numerous emails using their client panel email site but no one has been in touch. When we phone the 0800 number they just keep telling us that they will pass the information to the Web team and someone will get back to us but no one ever got back to us to this day. We just wanted an up to date backup of our website so we can host with another company but they have been very unhelpful. I requested a Charge Back with my bank.

To all those who have been scammed out there, contact your banks and see if they can offer you a charge back. Your banks may be able to get your money back and avoid logo design guarantee like the plague.

Absolutely awful designs, speed, and customer service. Avoid.

I paid for the basic package to get a simple logo. I received initial designs well after the 6 hour guarantee, and they were all terrible.
I submitted revisions, which I received a while later, they were still terrible. It seems as though they barely listen to what you want.

Then nothing. I received no more revisions despite multiple requests and multiple online chats where I was told my request would be urgently put through to the designers. I was even told I was transferred to a new designer, but still no revisions.

The online chat service is either unavailable or the staff are rude and unapologetic.

I paid a package for the design of my company's logo. Luckily I went with one of their most basic package so the money lost was not very much . However I feel I have the responsibility to alert others that this is definitely not a genuine design logo company, the quality of the logo drafts I have received were of laughable quality, I ended up doing some research and contracting a reputable logo/website design to do the job in the end and lost my money as they never processed a refund despite my requests. I am a huge believer of what goes around/comes around, this company has been taking people's money and promising a service they don't really have the competence of providing , refusing refunds as clients are unhappy with the poor quality.....just a matter of time for fate to catch up with them

Why didn't I check this company out before parting with money. The website looked so convincing but it's just a sc**!! 6 hours for a logo??? 1 week, no logos, no phone answer, no live online chat, nothing!! I wasn't expecting miracles for the price, but nothing!!! This needs shutting down before anyone else gets ripped off!!

Why I didn't find this reviews before I've did my purchase

This place is complete garbage. I used to use them all the time and never had any issues. This time promised logos in 6 hrs .. 4 days later and I don't have them. I've gotten every excuse from our system is down to I'll have the logos in a few hours. DONT USE!!! Call your bank and charge your credit card back as they won't issue you a refund. If enough people do that they will lose their merchant account and be unable to take credit cards thus shutting them down once and for all. COMPELTE SCAMMERS.
