Great to work with. The design team listened to our needs and they were able to interpret them into outstanding results.

I was excited to try them. They were initially very thorough and eager and it seemed that they — based on how they asked for information to design the logo— would be thorough. I chose the Pro Package just in case 4 rounds of feedback wouldn’t be enough. The logo was for my new company so I wanted to make sure it was very representative of the company and didn’t want to be restricted by number of revisions. They sent over designs and I gave feedback on all of them. The initial designs were a little off the path and I said what I liked about each and what I would like revised. Not only did they not listen to the feedback, but they took one of the designs and resubmitted it to me in four different color combinations -- color combinations unlike the ones I submitted to them. After two rounds, I contacted them for a refund and they ensured that they’d get it right. I filled out the form again with even more detail on a Monday. Wednesday — almost 48 later with a company that guarantees 4 designers and a 24-hour turn around — came and I had not heard from them. I’m sure they’ve worked well for some, but not so much for me. Everything that went wrong -- including the lack of communication and not considering my communication -- was avoidable. They did not take the feedback. Communication was inconsistent.

Great customer service and great quality of work for a good price. I sm happy for the price and the customer service I have received from them so far, they also have a great packing system which protects the material. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It took a little time to get my logo worked out but that was mainly because I had a complicated logo and we needed to do several revisions. Oshea was fantastic and went above and beyond to get the job done right very pleased. I highly recommend.

I engaged Logoin60 to work on a logo design for a new start-up business. Lucas M. is the project manager, and I cannot say enough good things about him, and the service of the Logoin60 Team. After an initial chat conversation with a customer service rep, I chose the Award-Winning Package, and I most definitely have gotten my money's worth. After answering the initial questionnaire, during which I gave the Team a lot of discretion (and I'm glad I did), I received eight (8) initial logo designs within about 24 hours.
