I just received my revised logo and I am very please. Sheldon worked with me to make my vision his vision. It took a bit longer due to covid-19 but that was explained to me.

Prompt service. Told them what I wanted for my logo. They finished it within four days with the copyrights. I will definitely used them for my future projects.

I tried this company before all the COVID stuff happened. All the logos were generic. If you suggest colors or even have an idea they ignore it. They promised examples, and never even took in to account any of the ideas I suggested or wanted to try. I asked for a refund multiple times and they just kept suggesting that I let them try again. I called and you know their number never answers, and I called and called. I finally get them on chat. They decided to to give a refund 8 months later of half! they sent this googledoc form to fill out and so I filled it out and explained everything on 09Jul. They kept blaming it on me for the time lapse but the last message received was that they'd send new logo examples for me to consider. Then about 20 days later, they refilled out the form and used my email address, but the date was now 30Jul. They wrote in the reason stating that I no longer wanted the LOGO!!! I keep telling them that they are shady, because they never provide anything that you actually asked for. They do not incorporate anything you suggest. They try to avoid refunds and just so you know that wording of unlimited logos...is for ONE LOGO!! You have no choice but to buy it because they waste the tries with logos they know that you do not even want. I kept every email and even have screenshots of the two forms. I am pretty sure that every positive remark here, is written by them.

The Logo in 60 team is fantastic. They are fast, affordable, and very creative. They communicate what they need from the customer well and how the process works. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that is starting a business in need of a logo!

I was in search of a company to design the logo for my company that I had pictured in my head all year when I found Logo in 60 on the Internet. I knew exactly what I wanted and their website and instant chat help made the entire process from idea to artwork easy and flawless. The project manager was on hand to answer any questioned that I had every step of the way. I was given creative variations of my logo and took advantage of seeing some revisions just to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I made my choice from the original artwork that they sent to me and I could not be happier with the service that they provide. ZI was given all of the files that I will need to produce both small and large artwork and I also retain my own copyrights! Could not be happier, thanks again!

So, I looked out on the web for a place to do my logos. I knew the logo I wanted, I just needed them to be made professionally. After looking around some, I could a ton of places offering a 24-hour turnaround to first draft. But one of the Google descriptions stood out to me. It read "Why wait 24 hours for a logo?" it continued something to the effect of: you can get your first draft in 60 minutes or less. I don't want to miquote, but I certainly remember the question posed in the beginning word for word. So, I bought one of the higher packages, due to a presentation that got spring on me last second for the next day. I needed a logo ASAP, and figuring what I paid, and what the website boasted, I expected that to be delivered on. Mind you, this was mid afternoon. I collaborated with the live chat person, and first off, they mistyped out the email address that I needed to send my source materials to. I'll tell you that during this interaction, almost the entire time, I felt like the company was just one person pretending to be a company. The chat was unprofessional, clearly never used spell check, and they wanted me to wait 24 hours! Which, I wouldn't care about at all had I not picked the company due to their turnaround time boasted. So I replied back to them explaining what their site said, and that it didn't really make sense that they would get back to me in 24 hours. He then suddenly said "We will get back to you tonight, then" which game me the impression that they were just choosing not to help me, and weren't really busy. The rep had really just made me feel like a "Karen", and that I was expecting too much, and asking for something beyond what their services were designed for. Anyways, about 1.5 hours later, I got the first logo batch. Kudos to the artists! They looked great, they were really creative, and got really close to what I wanted first try. That is the only reason I gave two stars. So, I reply back to the email according to the format, and waited for revisions. They never came. Fast forward to the next day, around 3 pm. I should have had some revisions by now. But instead I had a message about COVID 19, which, the rep the night before had tried to feed me. Let me explain why this frustrates me: this is an entirely digital business, in which all correspondence is through email and instant chat, and all the design being done is graphic design. This in no way, shape, or form should affect your business. Also, as I might add, this is May. Businesses shut down in March. If, in this time you have not been able to adjust your business to meet its original promises, you should adjust those promises on your home page. Another thing that confused me, is that on the home page, it had a "live count" of how many artists were busy or available. At the time, it said 60 were busy, and 40 were available. For what reason couldn't 40 people be working on my project? On top of that, it led me to believe even more that the company was fake (what are the chances they have exactly 100 artists?), but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I wish I hadn't. Again, it's the next fay, over 24 hours later, and I still do not have my revisions. A word to any artist who works here: you deserve a better company.

I recently paid Logo in 60 to create an E-Commerce website for my business, however the experience was less than ideal. Initially their response time was very fast, until they got my money that is. Once I paid them to begin design on the website updates became irregular and it became difficult to contact them. When I did get a response, the English was broken and it was very difficult to understand.

After weeks they sent me the very fist concept of my site. This was little more than a WooCommerce template with a few images (of products I don't even sell), it did not even have my logo or colors on it. I then proceeded to try and work with them to get my colors, my logo, and some basic information about my company on the website. It soon became clear that they are not at all graphic designers, I was only going to be receiving this template with minor modifications.

After another few weeks of trying to push them in the correct direction with very slow progress they began to try an upsell me. First they wanted me to pay for "Advanced SEO", although the package I purchased claimed to come with SEO. After I turned that down they tried to get me to buy "Content writing" from them, even though I could hardly understand their emails because the English was so poor. Finally they tell me that the package I purchased did not include a place for customers to view past orders (which their website said it would). So they offered to upsell me the feature for an additional $1000. All of this was going on while the actual web design was virtually still just the basic template.

After not getting any significant progress made and the continuous upsells and deception I asked them for a refund as they had told me they had a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee when I made my purchase. It turns out however that in their terms of service they have a single line that states that the money back guarantee is voided as soon as you ask for your first revision, which in my case was when I asked them to actually place my logo on the initial template they sent me...

After many days of fighting with them I ended up getting only a small portion of my money back, and zero usable web design. Save yourself from the headache of working with this company and find somewhere else to get your work done.

I had a great experience with Logo in 60. Originally, I did not even know what I was looking for in a logo. I only knew the feeling I wanted from the logo. Lucas worked with me offering beautiful renderings, any of which would have been a beautiful representation of my business. But, he continued to work with me and make revisions until I had exacting what made my heart sing. Thank you, Lucas.

Great company to work with. They followed up on my Logo design corrections/additions and made me the PERFECT logo! I will be recommending them to my business chain. And I will be looking at them for new projects

Dear all the customers around the world I wanted to let you all know that I am the existing customer with LogoIn60 from Chicago,IL USA. I have asked them to designed the logo for our Church and all the team worked together for it. I got to be honest with you all and not exaggerating when I say this.. They are phenomenal at what they do. To start with I thought it was the algorithm that was chatting with me on their website page at the lower bottom right. to my surprise I came out to be wrong. It was the project manager Mr.Sergio at the other part who was actually chatting with me. I felt like he was right beside me helping with what I needed know and what I have to do. I felt so home with them. I thought to myself well there are indeed good people behind the web page. They actually called me on my personal cell phone even after their office time was off. And this team responded my each and every messages either it is through an email, text or through the phone calls. I bothered them many times not because I wasn't satisfied but I had at least 13 people who was telling what they wanted in the logo but without any objection they handled not just me but us as they promised they would and that they are here to satisfy their customers and build a long term relationship. I usually don't write review either good or bad because I don't feel like doing so after my requirements are met, sort of shellfish huh!!! but to this particular group who helped me create my logo from scratch up, I couldn't just not write anything. I find myself pretty good about my review being in their web page actually. So I would suggest all the people, if you are looking for a new logo for your new business or for the existing one... Well be my guest because YOUR AT THE RIGHT PLACE. There is literally no better place than LOGOIN60 take my word for it. Even as I am writing a review I want to thank all the designer plus Mr. Sergio the Project Manager personally from the bottom of my heart for bearing with us and creating one of the most unique and beautiful logo EVER for us for our need.
