Beware of purchasing shoes from Lola Ramona! Shoes were way too small and seemed rather shabbily made! I reached out to their customer service department three times to inquire about perhaps sending a return shipping label and received no response. So, on top of the 30 Euro I paid to have the two pair of shoes shipped to me, I had to pay another $71.24 to have them shipped back!!! Over $100 wasted on Absolutely nothing!!! WHAT A BARGAIN!!!

I love the shoes, but I hated the delivery service
I love the shoes, but the deliverance was really bad. I wasn't home when they delivered my shoes. When I checked the delivery online the only info I had, was the first name of the woman who accepted it, no address in the description. The next day, I called UPS and they would investigate it. I never heard back from them. Luckily, the woman who received my shoes, brought them to me herself. It was a neighbour from a few houses further.
