I got the red shoes
I got the red shoes . They are simple amazing . Due to the design in front, may need a half size bigger to make them more comfortable as usual with all Lola Ramona shoes. But they are lovely!

Dirty boots
The halfboots I bought where used. The bottoms where dirty with sand and something else. When I contacted Lola Ramona they just said, that they had been tried on. Well they had been tried on outside! And it is kind of low to say that I don´t see what is used and what is not. The other shoe had no paper inside and the fabric that covers the shoes was also broken.
They looked like shoes that you can not return, because they have been used outside.
I´m still waiting for an answer to an other mail.

Beautiful but damaged
Quick delivery and absolutely stunning bag (Stella Sweetheart), but sadly it was stained and damaged (clearly manufacturing errors). And since I don't live in Denmark I had to pay 14,-€ out of my own pocket to return it.
Edit: According to the shop all the bags have the same manufacturing error. They have been taken off of the website and I have been issued a refund.

Just a tiny thing: there’s a big difference between numbers so it’s easy that a shoe number it’s short and the bigger one it’s too big.
