I was in love with the dress! It came two days before my prom and it fit perfectly fine !

At first it took a long time to ship & i thought that it wasn’t going to come on time. My order said processing for the longest until, i sent a email to make sure that my order wasn’t forgotten about. Once that happened they have gave me more details on shipping which i was happy about and my dress came in last night & it looks amazing!!! actually better than the picture in my opinion. I just have to do slight alterations but it looks gorgeous. Especially coming from a online overseas company! Very very satisfied.

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM lolipromdress! I ordered a dress from here, it was NOT the material shown in the picture, when I got the dress it ran small and didn't fit! I contacted them and td them I needed to switch out the dress to a size bigger! They REFUSED to switch it out, and refused to refund me. I PAID ALMOST 200 DOLLARS for a dress my daughter can't wear! My 1st time ordering from lolipromdress and my LAST!!! BADDDDDD BUSINESS!

My dress was a day earlier than they initially told me and I’m so greatful. The dress is so beautiful and it fit like a glove. I needed the dress within 10 days and I got it in 8. I would definitely recommend shopping here and I would shop myself here again.

To begin I was honestly terrified because, you know, ordering offline could be risky. It was all worth it though when I finally got my dress and it was exactly what I wanted. I’m very satisfied with my dress and it’s communication !

Very poor customer service. Dress did not arrive on time. Return policy is not what they say. They are telling me my dress was customized when I know its not. Could not give me the correct sizing of my dress. Whats me to go get the dress tailored something I would not do. I have all the proof I needed and provided it to them and they still would not giv eme my refund. I will never purchase from this company again.

My dress is very pretty i’m in love with it. However it is about 2 sizes bigger then we originally measured :(

Still waiting on my dress was ordered on the 16th of March stated that it would be here by the 8th of April and it hasn’t arrived yet prom is in 10 days smh just horrible

The dress it beautiful. My only issue is the waistband was not sewn all the way on so I have to get a seamstress to attach it and also the diameter on left sleeve is much bigger than the right side so I will have to have seamstress fix it as well.

I paid for rush delivery it stated that my package would be delivered by April 5

Dress is way to big. Wanted to return it. They gave me the run around. Asked for pictures of me wearing the drsss. That’s inappropriate. Been going back and forth through email. Now they tell me it’s been past 7 days of return. It wouldn’t have been if they wouldve told me how to return it from the beginning. Turning them into the better business bureau.
